Great exercises! Only just recently added the bulgarian split-squat to the routine. Just with a naked 20kg barbell until I get the form and balance down! I'm still a bit sore in my right hip from doing a back squat a bit too deeply months ago 🤭

The padded stool is my piano stool lol! And the barbell was on FB marketplace, far too short tho is hard to get it back over your head after squats with it! Defo get a wider one!
