100 more yrs to go for you. Adam died at 935 years old he had his second at 800 yrs old 103 still a baby. I am not feeling my age only a numbers isn't my energy levels. I am not retricting my activity because I am 64 plus I am increasing the problems is time I need more time to do everything in a day. It's 1:30 a.m. I nee to go to bed. night,night.

Have you thought of using a Rebounder, it is very gentle or as aggressive as you want. Stress is very low on joints qnd great for balance. You can use it indoors or outside.... it pumps your limph and will help with inflammation, especially if you give up or lessen carbs and do a gentle fast like 12 hours. All the best with your health journey.... ever bit of movement is great.

I am 19. I spent my childhood overweight eating poorly and sitting at a desk. At 17 I started working physical jobs, at 18 I started long distance running. At 19 I had surgery from slight birth defect that made me stiffen up and lose muscle from not moving for weeks. I will be doing this every morning because it seems great. Today is the day to start. Thank you.

I just now finished my 1st session of these exercises. It's first thing in the morning, just out of bed. I feel amazing! So alive and fluid and energized. Very effective! I'm 70. What an amazing way to start the day! Thank for offering this.

I'm 7 years below you, I did Shao-lin temple boxing on/off for years, these exercises are simple but very important. درود من نزدیک ۲۰ سال است این تمرینات را انجام می‌دهم. ۵۸ سال دارم. با وجود داشتن یک نقص مادرزادی در لگن که باعث کوتاهی پای چپ من شده، ولی هیچ دردی ندارم، فکر می‌کنم به‌خاطر همین ورزش‌های صبحگاهی و نیز ماساژ منظم است. خدا را شکر می‌کنم که ۲۰ سال پیش از طریق آموزش‌های کلاس‌های مستر سوا کوک چویی با این تمرینات آشنا شدم. در آن کلاس‌ها به ما گفته شد این تمرینات برای پاکسازی هاله انرژی ما خوب است. از طریق این کلاس‌ها همچنین با ماساژ یومی هو آشنا شدم که بسیار برای مشکل مفصل لگن من کمک کرد و من توانستم با لنگیدن کمتر و راحت‌تر راه بروم. سپاس از خدای بزرگ و معلمان و استادانم.

Dear Shi Heng Yi, I keep doing this morning routine with you and also do some of your exercises that are on RU-vid. I used to do yoga and dancing but I damaged 3 meniscuses and have some serious health issues so I chose carefully all I can do. Every day I have to listen to at least one but usually 2-3 of your messages, mainly from Mulligan Brothers, it became my school of life. It might sound strange, I am 62, lived in different countries - Ukraine, russia, Czech Republic, and now in the US but I take you as my teacher and somewhere deep inside my heart, as my son. Sadly, there is no any understanding between me and my 42 y.o. son. You brought me some light and direction. Thank you for being You. Lots of love and respect from Svitlana.

I use to love getting up early in the morning to exercise to stretching videos that came on TV at that time of day, then go jogging. This looks/sounds like very good advice for maintaining fitness.😌🙏🏼

Just from the look of it.. WONDERFUL BODY ACTIVATION ! One thing to point out ...The breathing really has to be done slowly in stages like yoga inhalations. Also..the movements pace will bring more benefits if slowed down to make it more thorough . I'm speaking from the experience as well as from the view of biomechanics of the body's stricture. Starting it right now !❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I started exercising with Master Shi Heng Yi two years ago. I happened to stumble upon his RU-vid page. It was one of the most challenging set of exercises that I ever took on. It was very different for me. But I hung in there and saw progress and results within a short amount of time, both physically and mentally. Was so glad that I found him.

Trying this for the first time was a beautiful awakening... I jump out of bed to a glass of water and then begin this session. You and your sessions are much needed for so many .. as it is healing and uplifting at the same time. Your 20 minute daily morning routine is exceptional. Just started these energizing exercises🙏🥰...............I found 1) I needed to do them SLOWER between each exercise 2)Not as many reps .but will increase as and when I get stronger. As a kid I did a bit of martial arts and our master was always first doing this exercises, followed up by a bit of running. Great to be reminded of the full exercise 👌🏼 PS: indeed we were doing the toes joints also

Thank you so much for this morning wake up loosen up exercise routine a year ago I thought I'd end up in a wheelchair I had so much stiffness and pain in one hip with the neuropathy in my feet I was sitting a lot and tell everybody that what you said is true if you don't use it you will lose it but there is hope start moving and things will get better

I would just add that for us oldies (I'm 58) its probably advisable to do these excersises more slowly. Especially the neck ones ❤

I have many joint problems now that I am 71. I started doing some of these exercises already this year and they helped. This video showed me more exercises and a better way to use them. I will watch this video every morning and use it as an exercise partner! Wonderful video thank you so much!

This was wonderful. I was so happy to found it. I'm a 67 year old woman and started doing yoga 1978 but now I have been 10 years so tired because of cancer and everything and havent done almost nothing. After watching this video I want to start to do this every morning❤

I’m very impressed with the instructor’s balance. Even trained athletes have a predominant side. One side is stronger, more flexible or fluid. Almost no one lifts both arms an equal distance over their head. That knee rotation (some call it ‘skier’s dip’) is one where you will typically perform perfect circles in one direction and then find yourself performing squares when going the other way! One side leads and the other follows, if ever so slightly. But I can’t distinguish any leading or trailing side with this gentleman. I’m 68 and do similar stretches every day but not with nearly this level of proficiency. Thank you, sir!

Shaolin 🙂 geniale Übungen kann jeder mitmachen so wie er kann, man kann beobachten bei den kreisenden Bewegungen wie der man sich gerade zieht. Und zudem öffnen sich Blockaden. Einfach langsam mitmachen. Ich habe früher auch viel trainiert, ähnliches! Dankeschön lieber Mönch

I'm glad to hear it 😊. For some reason I am able to recall all the exercises he demonstrated during the 13 minutes. Usually I can't remember all of them so I write them down in short hand. I look forward to doing these later on today after my physical therapy. Keep up the good work🌞
