spun my b7 in the snowstorm in the Santa Cruz mtns last night, my first car and has always kept me warm, started, I got the V6 cuz ngl the 2.0T’s are a little more sus, and it’s been an awesome car

B7 A4s came with a 2L Turbo. 200 hp stock. I've owned 3. All big turbo 6 speeds. Take it from me, not much more reliable than the 2.7L twin turbo B5 S4. But nothing is that reliable making over 350bhp on stock internals 🤣and that's a very generous tune

Any GMT360 platform suv (trailblazer, envoy, rainier) do great in the snow as long as they are equipped with 4wd and the transfer case is in tact

I'm suprised you included the CR-V. My dad has an 3rd Gen CR-V and its amazing, he daily drives it and it makes a bunch of power. We were actually driving it today and we had some fun and did some launches and even did donuts on frozen lake. Oh and yeah we live in Finland. Great car!
