One thing that shocked me about the Tyrus dance-along was that it showed just how much time they had at their disposal at the showcase of the immortals. Of course they only had 9 seconds for the world title match at that event.

@@sanzmarc07 idk if it’s a podcast or and interview but he talks about how Cena cheekily asked how many minutes he needed, and then coincidentally “had to go to the bathroom”. Sure the Funkasaurus and their mommas segment was cringe but it gave Tyrus a Wrestlemania moment that he otherwise probably would’ve never had. So shout out to Cena I guess.

I will in my life will never forget Brodus Clay at Wrestlemania. There were a bunch of people over at my house for Mania, and one of my buddies literally called his Mom and said "Hey Mom, yeah Brodus Clay told me to call you. Alright talk to ya later" and that was it lol.

I thought the Tyrus song and dance was supposed to be cut, but Cena had to "go to the bathroom" so that Tyrus could have a Wrestlemania moment. One of those feel good moments to hear of, even if the dance was campy, still a feel good moment.

Never mind a CTE class action lawsuit from former employees, it's a wonder WWE haven't been served with a "stabbed myself in the eye to ease the pain" class action lawsuit from former viewers. Also, you forgot the time that the main event of RAW was the backstage "Doctor Heiney" segment. Vince McMahon mocking Jim Ross's life saving colon surgery only a few days after the fact, pulling various items out of "JR's" ass including his own head. Succeeded in entertaining no-one except Vince and reduced Ross's wife to tears as they watched from home.

It’s too bad WWE is so quick with the copyright strikes, some of these need to be seen for maximum impact. For example Roman’s awkward delivery of the “sufferin’ succotash” line makes the whole thing even worse, it’s obvious he knew it was bad writing.

The Natalya farting gimmick was the perfect way to end Undertaker's streak. Have her fart during the match and then have Taker refusing to re-enter the ring because of the smell. Thus he looses his streak as a result of a countout.

The problem with Cole being a heel isn't that he was a heel but that he was being a heel for his own sake. He wasn't amping up the atmosphere with his heeling, he was just drowning the show in annoying commentary. A good heel commentator should take up for heel wrestlers and build them up with excuses and downplaying but Cole was supposed to get himself over as a heel since he was the one getting a push. There's no point to that other than to make the audience become aggravated with the show itself (he was Miz's cheerleader, sure, but again that was in service of his own heel character and simply needed to latch onto someone else being perceived as a bad guy to reinforce he's a bad guy in his own right -- he wasn't really making excuses for The Miz's heel actions as he was pretending like The Miz was the best so you'd be annoyed at Cole for not shutting up about The Miz).

I have a new coworker and my current coworkers were like "Oh yeah he likes pro wrestling" and dude turns to me like "But like... it's fake" so i said "Lots of media we watch or listen to is fake. Theatre is fake yet it's seen as high art. Knowing how a magic trick is done doesn't ruin the trick, but make you appreciate the craft of being a wrestler" and he said "Didn't an old lady birth a hand?" "Look, i didn't say it WAS high art... I just said it was fake... LIKE high art..." But with that comment i sussed out that he used to watch wrestling. Ain't no casuals going around knowing about the hand.

Listen,No matter how much criticise,bash Vince for some,or all,of these cring moments,which is,though,reasonable,Vince is also the man,who has produced the greatest pro wrestling segments & matches of all time,and because of whom the pro wrestling is what it is!
