Some heroes benefit COD+ LT combo but you can also use: GenGlow combo for EUDORA... GENIUS wand already gives high penetration and damage, Glowing hand gives burning damge to targets max hp, both gives MOVEMENT SPEED which is crucial for Eudora to rotate faster..This is much better than waiting 5 minutes to get max stacks for COD + LT to get the highest possible damage...
