Nicole Latoska Honey, you don't look like you should lose any weight at all. Please do not fall into an eating disorder. Believe me. You do not want to go there.
I lost 121 pounds and all I can say is a round of applause for all these celebrities! It's NOT easy, even if they had surgery done to them they needed to change their ways to keep the weight down. It's an every day struggle and the fact they are unrecognizable should be a compliment not a problem!
I lost over 100lbs and let me tell you it really isnt easy, but it paid off. Ive been keeping it off for 6 yrs now. I was 27 and 282lbs at the height of 5'3. Now I'm 34 and Im 145 and still 5'3.....LOL.... It can definitely be done even if your the Girl Next Door.... Love the videos you guys keep it up, you NEVER disappoint....
i always wish they'd mention height along with weight. that's just as important when it comes to these types of videos: 5'11" and a size 4 is much different than 5'2" and a size 4. helps put things in perspective.
it so is i am 5ft3/1m60 and the lowest i ever got was 115 lbs/ 53 kg size 36/ aka size 6 which on me looked nice but would be too thin on somebody taller my BMI even says i can go as low as 48 kg and still be considered just healthy not saying i am ever gonna get that but its an example
BMI is a really bad way to determine if you're at a healthy weight. Super buff body builders are considered obese because it only accounts for height and weight. Being 300 pounds with a body fat % of 10 is a lot different than 90, but BMI would say otherwise.
bex for an average person it works. However just like any body change ilthe systems you use always depends on the specific person. For example I gained weight when my family turned to eating only healthy foods. I dont know why. I ended up losing weight when I would cheat and grab a snack. But of course for another person that wouldn't work
Those dance steps are complicated, and no one is forcing the girls to do it. Back in the day, they paid thousands of dollars to train under her, and she only takes the best, doing the moves would be hard for anyone who doesn't gave a well-embedded background in dance/gymnastics
She didn’t force the girls to do anything but she did abuse them. I don’t know why she wasn’t charged for that though. She was in jail for an entirely different reason.
Cons agreed. i am one who cannot even afford the $10 a month for a gym. but i also hate gyms. i feel they ruin my personal goals when i see others already reaching theirs. i lost 40 lbs in 3 months just fast walking 2 miles a day n adding a healthier diet. i gained it all back when i started drinking more, so yes alcohol is a huge factor to weight n ill never go back.
MiSti Well done. As long as you are happy and healthy, that's what matters. Weight loss is always much more difficult than putting it on, so good going.
Also easier when you don’t have migraines every day and don’t get nauseous when you engage in too much activity (unknown health issue?). Good luck exercising with that. Sigh.
Although he didn't lose hundreds of pounds, Wentworth Miller's weight loss always impresses me. He looked all of his haters and trolls in the face and slimmed right back down. And he was able to address the things that were said about him, too
Sweetie, do NOT worry about your weight. Just make sure you're eating nutritious foods and being active to keep your body healthy and strong. Everyone's weight fluctuates some, but ESPECIALLY teens and pre-teens. Puberty and the growth spurts it triggers can DRAMATICALLY affect your weight. It's very common for a kid to put on extra weight just prior to a growth spurt. The body NEEDS that extra stored energy to fuel a dramatic and fast amount of growth. Get in the habit NOW of focusing on what you're doing for your body and what it can do for you rather than a number on the scale or a clothing tag. You'll be happier and healthier for it. I promise.
A gastric sleeve leaves a person with a stomach the size of a banana, NOT the size of a football or two liter bottle of soda. That would make your stomach Bigger. This video has all kinds of bad information.👹
I truly admire anyone able to take control of a negative aspect of themselves that they dislike and make a difference. Losing excessive weight is as hard as kicking an addiction. I have many overweight friends and am aware of the hardships and rewards. Anytime someone struggles with a serious problem they are helping themselves and everybody around them therefore deserve to have understanding and support.
I lost 45 pounds by going vegan. Health organic carbs, vegetables, fruits, protein/tofu, plant based protein powders and a mix of strength training and cardio 6 days a week
Andrew Muus I didn't lose weight by going gegan (I actually gained some because I was severely underweight) but many people I know did. I love it because as long as I focus on eating lots of veggies, I don't have to even think about calories!
I haven't lost any weight as a vegan because I eat too much carbs and junk food and I hardly exercise. Maybe I should go raw vegan for a bit if I want to lost weight and then come back to just being vegan later.
Battling with weight is tough; It's hard to lose weight, but harder to keep it off. I lost 3st 3lb and have managed to keep it off (apart from holidays and Christmas) for about 5 years. Its rewarding to look in the mirror and see a slim me!
i was 110 kg, 5"9 as a female due to stress after my parents divorce and death of my mum after 2 weeks of the divorce due to an accident, shes the person i really loved, i do comfort eating so much and im thinking what happened to me, i went back up starts do exercise and diet and now im ideal again.. hard work pays, let go of the sadness and negativity even though its really hard, took me 5 years to let go all of the gray part of my life.
roses are red violets are blue i came for the thumbnail and so did you!♡ edit: i know imma sound stupid but this is the most likes ive ever gotten ever thx
Watching this really made a difference. It shows me that even those who struggle can lose weight and have a better health. I was in a wheel chair for a long time due to meningitis and all that weight just gathered and I am struggling to exorcise because of a major walking disability and othr things. However I know with the right diet, exorcise routine and support I can lose the 80 pounds of weight. Wish this 18 year old luck on her journey!!
When you get the gastric sleeve surgery your stomach is NOT the size of a “football” or a “two liter bottle of soda” It’s about the size of a small banana! I should know, I had the same surgery and have lost 136 pounds in 6 months!
I love how they all decided to spend money to get skinny. unlike us casuals that work AND go to the gym AND balance a social life with meagre resources. Celebrities that lose aren't role models, they're just rich and need to secure their place in hollywood to keep getting paid. this was an Ad.
Laura McGu the average price of gastric surgery is between USD $10K to $25 K. Pretty sure your definition of "piss poor" is not the same as most people..
To be fair, I'm Canadian and with doctor's approval, its covered here. Without doc's approval is about $13 000, but I've never met anyone who actually paid.
gastric by pass is supposed to be for folks who require it. Not necassarily celebrities. I agree that sometimes a doctor will approve it. But even then, doctors would like to avoid approval if they can. I have to manage my weight and make sure I keep myself healthy. My whole family struggles w healthy living so for me to make that change and break the cycle is pretty hard without financial resources. A lot of emotions, hard choices made and truth bombs told as i manage and reduce my weight. My main concern for this video was that I basically watched an Advert for gastric bypass. I'm not judging their health, but rather how obsessed Hollywood is with perceived notions of "skinny" and "healthy"
Exactly! I’ve lost 25 lbs and was really hard because of my thyroid. I still need to lose 15 but it’s really hard and I can’t. Yet, I know over seven people at my job that have had the surgery through insurance, and they lost a lot very quickly. I don’t see that as fair, and it’s a free pass for being big, because they can just have surgery. Btw one guy had the surgery twice.
Consuming alchohol is the worst for weight gain. I don't drink. I've lost fifty pounds and was 200lbs and am now 150lbs thanks to weight watchers. It's hard work but it does work
video title: top 10 celebs whose weight loss left them unrecognizable woman in video: top 10 celebs who lost 100 pounds or more WHAT VIDEO ARE YOU PRESENTING ME?!
SpriteReaction aye nice profile picture. And if that really is your girlfriend, you should be proud, she is rare. She has common knowledge between different things, if that makes sense. :)
I need to lose 8kg but I couldn't for 2years due to depression which made me take anti depressants that gained me weight. But now Im gonna do it . 2kilos a week . one moth and it is over.Thankx for watching this motivation. Thankx a lot .xo xo
saeta When I was young my doctor told my mom to get me meal replacement shakes... but with meals. So I would take in double calories. My brothers friend did something similar by drinking 22 or 40 oz beers with each meal to gain weight. He was huge by the end of the year. So as long as you exercise while taking in the excess calories youll gain weight.
Yeah, drinking excess beer to gain weight is a bad idea. Alcohol has no nutritional value and reduces the amount of fat your body burns for energy. Look at the kind of bulking diets that bodybuilders use to gain size and muscle, lift weights in conjunction with the diet for best results.
It’s not just celebs and stars that can do this!! If you ask me, there’s something much more important to weight loss than exercise... and no it’s not diet. Its 70% mindset, 20% diet and 10% exercise! You can never out train a bad diet and you can never out last the wrong mindset. I’m not talking bout losing 5 or 6 kilos. If you need to lose serious mass and overcome obesity, you NEED to set your mind straight and build that mental strength. Focus on why you’re choosing to go on this journey; what do you want to gain from it and what do you want to leave behind. And then focus on how bad you want it. If you don’t cry, you don’t want it bad enough!! But, If you want it bad enough... YOU. CAN. DO. ANYTHING!! (My name is Prenny by the way and I’ve lost 41 kilos-90lbs, in the past. I went off the rails and got heavy again but I’m back on it, and this time I’m going to do it different. Check out the journey 😊)
awesome ! i have always love eating and that made me lose weight super hard, tried a lot of diets and exercises along with it, but what made it possible was agoge diet. it changed my life. its always about the right diet for u
I wasn't obese, but def overweight all my life so I stopped eating meat, dairy and eggs and started eating plant based Vegan diet and lost 35 pounds and have been the same weight (after years of eating disorders and weight fluctuation) for the past 4 years
Abby was given a 2 liter stomach? Are you kidding, that is around half a gallon - that is HUGE! Don't think she would lose much weight if she could eat 2 liters of food! Besides, when I have seen such surgeries, the stomach they are given, is tiny, less than a fist! Quite a bit less! More like 0.1 liter than 2 liter!😊
That absolutely has to be misinformation in the video. She probably had a 2 liter stomach BEFORE surgery. Didn’t this narrator think a tiny bit before saying that? 🤔🤷♀️ she just read straight from a paper that someone else wrote and it doesn’t even make sense. 😂
People always talk about losing weight... but I want to gain weight. Tired of being called a stick, bamboo, deer legs... It's frustrating especially when your family members call you those names.
