Needed this, the melody I was thinking of was that from Nocturne No. 2, and thankfully I had a feeling it was Chopin so I had somewhere to start. Thank you!
Me who watched Forest of Piano: are you challenging me. I’m shocked I actually new the name to 8 of these. Watch anime kids you learn a lot and get to hear Chopin if you watch forest of piano.
Not sure, but let me see that knife for a second? I promise I won't cut off your fingers so that you can never type a pun like that into a youtube comments section ever again. I uh... just want to show you proper... um, onion chopping technique.
Pozdrawiam z Polski 🇵🇱 świetny materiał z naszym Polskim talentem pozdrawiam oglądam cię od początku twojego kanału, moim zdaniem prowadzisz najlepszy kanał muzyczny 😁
Frederic Chopin, Polish, (1810- 1849) a composer and pianist of the romantic period. He was a very shy gentleman and had stage fright. His famous pieces are delicate, subtle and a touch of melancholic. He had poor health having asthma and died of tuberculosis. Thanks for introducing his works. You play indeed marvelously.❤
@@alexanderjosephross He was ill for most of his life, which is sad. Who knows what kind of music he could have composed if he was alive for a couple years longer
Another alternative title: the living proof that Chopin pieces are some of the most difficult as even Lord Vinheteiro needs to look at the keys to play them 😂
@@wertyuiopasd6281 He was born in Poland and most of his life he spent in Poland. His education was provided by Polish artists and scholars. The only French in his life was his father.
Plus his father, Nicolas/Mikołaj was raised and served at the Polish nobleman’s court in France and then moved to Poland at the age of 16 years of age, cutting pretty much all the ties with France whatsoever and becoming a dedicated member of Polish society. So not really too much Frenchness in his father either. Not that it matters that much, just a curious fact.
Chopin speaks to my soul in a way nobody or nothing else can. His music evokes such a wide range emotions so strongly it is overwhelming. He expresses the emotions of the human soul so vividly, from intense melancholy to ecstatic joy. Very often I experience intense shivers and often cry to his music which is quite unusual for me. Thank you Chopin for creating music which speaks so beautifully and clearly to the soul
Exactly. It's like how people say you can find everyone human emotion in the work of Shakespeare; I think the same goes for Chopin's. Both truly wonderful at conveying what it is to be human.
I feel ya. When I listen to good, like first class music, I get shivers, and some Chopin's pieces make me feel them on my back. Also in some parts of Chopin's music I can see Polish landscapes - like summer clouds lazily moving above fields of blooming wild flowers, small rivers flowing near woods, stuff like that, just like if I was watching a painting.
October 2021, 18th Fryderyk Chopin International Piano Competition takes place in Warsaw. One of the contestants, young lady from China, is asked what was her inspiration to play Chopin. Her answer: watching Tom and Jerry as a kid :D
I was going to like your comment, but then I realized there were exactly 88 likes, which just so happens to be the number of keys on a grand piano. That number was too perfect given the context and so I left it alone.
Thanks for the video! I like that you play without excessive lingering/stopping/dragging, so exactly the way Chopin played! As Friederike Muller (one of Chopin's piano students) said: "He [Chopin] required adherence to the strictest rhythm. He hated all lingering and dragging, misplaced rubatos, as well as exaggerated ritardandos... and it is just in this respect that people make such terrible mistakes in the execution of his works." Even in his rubato, the left hand (accompaniment) would always play in rhythm, and only the right hand (melody) would be "free" from rhythm (Franz Liszt described Chopin's rubato as a "rocking motion", "undulating to and fro", like a boat moving freely on top of the waves). Also, Chopin was a chamber musician and didn't like concerts too much (he even said "concerts are never real music"), but ironically his music has been "adapted" to ball-rooms and concert halls and that's what most people know as "Chopin's music" (which is completely not how Chopin actually played his music). Once again, thanks for the great video!
As a pianist, this made me chuckle. Like during parties, I play or improvise for my friends and I am able to make eye contact with them, but when things get difficult it’s kinda like “shit I gotta look haha”
Thanks for reminding me of Chopin. The first and the last pieces I could listen FOR HOURS 😍 your skills are just amazing, you play even without notes...
Chopin was the reason I started learning piano. ❤ Every nocturne and waltz piece I learned - I couldn’t help marveling at his talent. Truly a genius. He was born to compose - to bring gift of music to this world.
Vinheteiro, se puderes, gostaria que executasse a música tenebroso, do grandioso Ernesto Nazareth! Tem uma versão feita no acordeon pelo grande sivuca! Abraços.
I started studying piano 6 month ago inspired, moreover, by Viheteiro playing "Claire de Lune" and "Fantasie Impromptu" - Also Vinheteiro = 10 Chopin Pieces You've Heard and Don't Know The Name , first: Fantaisie Impromptu 😂
Heroic Polonaise was the "title theme" for Polish TV channel 1 (Telewizja Polska Program 1) in early 80's, and the Military Polonaise was the "title theme" for the 1st channel od Polish Radio (Program 1 Polskiego Radia) at the same time😉
