Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.
I've tried investing in the stock market several times but always got discouraged by fluctuations of stock value. I would be happy if you could advise me based on how you went about yours, as I am ready to go the passive income path.!!
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.
This video is truly awesome. I was literally all over the place, but this video put everything in perspective. This is the foundation in real estate and everything should come together. Also be mindful that there is still much more to learn, GOD BLESS!!
I will be using your videos to learn real estate while I finish highschool! I don't have a great living situation and am hoping to get a license and work part time while I'm in college pursuing a degree.
For some reason I started watching this video one week before I scheduled my test. I finish my 75 hour classes and still was confused. I don't know what made this come up in my feed but, I know for sure I would have failed if I didn't see his videos. I passed last week thanks to his videos I feel. My classes were conducted by zoom and the instructor had her children in the class crying and all kind of things it was really frustrating. I hope you pass your exam and much success in your endeavors🥳💜👌🏽
I finished all my courses and now I gotta create an account and schedule my test. How long should I study before I schedule a test? Sorry this is the first time I’ve ever tried to get a license.
I remember in 2007 when I was working in real estate seeing people buy homes new from builders with the intention of selling before close of escrow to a new buyer for profit. The crash was so brutal and fast that I remember seeing a lot of these units foreclosed on with the builder plastic still on the carpet.
I passed my test yesterday in Virginia 4/24/2024 and I watched this video over and over the day before and the entire morning before I took the test. Mind you, I have been watching you and all your videos taking notes and enjoying your humor 😊. However this video right HERE !!!, is extremely valuable. This and remembering definitions are more important than anything to pass the real estate test. Thank you so much for your encouragement and your videos. They are golden. Many blessings to everyone trying to pass. It will happen if you want it enough. Study definitions and remember these principles that he is giving.💛💛💛
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!
Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth , investing remains a priority . I learnt from my last year's experience , I am able to build a suitable life beause I invested early ahead this time .
*ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* is also my portfolio-coach, I found her on Bloomberg where she was featured, I looked up her name on the internet. Fortunately I came across her site and reached out to her, you can verify her yourself.
Oh- Yes!! I'm a living testimony of her good work . Her dexterity in trades is second to none .. *ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* will forever remain an elite in the game, in my books ✍
I only studied a lot when i went for the first time last year but the second time was so easy, all thanks to my aunt who introduced me to Mr Willard am really grateful.

I’ve been binge watching ALL of your videos for the past week and I’ve officially passed my real estate national test on the first try. Thank you so so much Joe! Now time to study harder for the state portion
@@dhruvagrawal2630 i used his videos, and depending on what state you’re in, your school should have practice tests! I did practice tests, re read my books and watched Joe’s videos while i was in the shower lol
I must admit that this is a great video but know Crypto-currency trading is very volatile one as such is too risky for bigginers without basic knowledge to make good fortune out of it, I suggest you invest with a reputable broker and enjoy your returns.
I had to come back to thank you i passed my NJ exam 8-25. This one video review taught me more than my 75 hour class. I will be getting my fingerprints Tuesday and 3 interviews lined up. THANK YOU YOU ARE AWESOME💜💜💜
Congratulations! I'm surprised NJ does the fingerprints after the test. CA does fingerprints and background BEFORE we can even obtain a test schedule. Once we pass, all we need to do is sign up with a broker unless we already made a connection then we can upload their information. This way we are all set to work. Sending you many blessings for prosperity and many doors of opportunity and success.
@FJC Hey its going great 👌🏽 The market kind of slow but, you get out what you put in. Plus alot of agents don't like doing rentals. I do anything smoking 🤑
Im taking my final tomorrow and I’m scared, I’m from Guatemala I just moved to the US 3 years ago, I’m still learning a lot of English but I hope I still pass my test. I really did learn more from you. wish me luck😔💡
So happy to announce that I just took the test and passed today after my second try! The 1st time I missed it by 1 question. Joe, I focused all week on your videos and they were so incredibly helpful! My biggest advice is to NOT memorize but truly enjoy the process of learning. If you find that you are trying to memorize, STOP and go back and soak in the info.. ;) Thanks so much!
thank you for sharing that. I was planning to memorize (seemed logical) but now I understand I wanna take my time to Understand and learn slowly with focus instead of fast memorization with panic. :) Good luck on your career!
@@jakehahn2457 yeah they were pretty similar. My suggestion is you take the vocab test until u can nearly 100% it. Full transparency: i only studied for a week and passed using prepagent. I just kept taking the practice tests. I dont advise doing this but obviously its possible. Just make sure u can at least 85% all of them before doing your test
I just finally passed my exam!!!!! I passed the national portion on my second try and I'm positive it's because of your videos. The NC portion took me FIVE TRIES. I am so happy it's over. Thank you for everything you do!!
Hi Samkay18209, I have taken the NC state portion twice already without success. Did prep agent study course helped you pass the state portion? I have already passed the National but I really need a NC Only State focused study Material. Thanks in advance for any help given with this matter.
@@wendymeyung5093 Hey! I'd be happy to help. Really I think it mostly was me taking it so many times that I had memorized a lot of the questions. But also a lot of the answers I needed were in the NON HIGHLIGHTED parts in the NC portion of our book. The examples in there helped me a lot. Then I went back through the agency and property management chapters as well. They seem to pull a lot of questions out of the examples they give in those chapters.
@@wendymeyung5093 Also, none from prep agent. I didn't actually look and see if he had any NC specific stuff. I found some other RU-vidrs with NC information, but none of them were helpful at all. I just think it's hard because no one actually knows what is on the test.
Wow this video was literally so short sweet and impactful! Joint tenancy/tenants and common and cost/income/capitalization approach always trip me up! You made it so easy. Thank you so much!
So, I’m sitting here studying as a licensed GA BROKER. I used this guy for my agent license a few years ago. I have to take it again for my instructor license. This guy still rocks!!
That's good to know as I'm studying for my GA Real Estate License now and needed some videos that summed up some of these units. Also a visual since I'm a visual person! Good to know another GA Licensee has also used him.
I promise you guys Prep Agent is THE reason I passed my Texas Real estate exam. Just buy the course and and take the Vocal, national, and state practice exams OVER AND OVER again until you are getting at least 85%-90% easily. The national exam is LITERALLY just like the Prep agent practice test. I promise just doing the practice test alone will help. And I only did this for a week leading up to your test. Don't overstudy just take practice test. I Literally became an agent in 2 months total. From start to finish. I finished RealEstate express Texas 180 hours in about a month and had to schedule my exam far out because it was only available certain days so I could have gotten it sooner. I am now licensed and sponsored and already have deals Im going to start closing on. You can do this! Listen to Joe and pass. Buy the pep agent course!!!!
@@neshawalters7186 I liked real Estate express online. Very interactive and you go at your own pace if you want to go the virtual route. If you're looking for in person Ive heard that Champions is really good.
Passing the Real Estate exam is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don’t have time for your studies I’d advise you get yourself a help like Mr James William
@@virginialopez5806 Yes you’re correct but remember heaven helps those who help themselves, try studying if you can’t study then get yourself a good help
Passed my CA exam 4/9/2021 Less than freehold/ freehold was on my test a lot; eminent domain, escheat, zoning was on my test; concurrent estates was on my test; one question on essentials of value on my test; a couple questions of depreciation on my test; a lot of appraisal questions; lots of deed questions on my test; couple questions on liens (priority); a lot of fair housing questions on my test (redlining/steering) I agree with Joe, as well as, him saying keeping studying. The exam is not joke. Take 6-8 to prepare, take tons of flash cards (600 cards minimum). Take 4-6 legitimate practice exams and make flash cards from the missed questions. Listing to Prep Agent while and driving in the car or any free time. Minimum study 2 hours a day for 6-8 weeks. And do all the easy questions first then go back and do the long harder questions for your state exam.
6 years ago I passed my state and national exam here in Texas on the first try and I watched all the videos. Here I am now watching again as I study for my Brokers license:)
Ive learnt way more from your videos in the last 2 days than my entire course. Thank you for taking the time to make these and easy to listen to and understand 🙏
I just LOOOOVED this class, I am a visual person, and all the different colors plus the bold letters kind of helped me memorize the concepts. Thank you!
YES omg I get easily destracted reading boring books with no visual examples. It’s just a bunch of words in black and white, it’s so hard for me to follow!
helpppp my exam is Saturday! Any tips on what to specifically focus on would be fantastic. I'm solely using PrepAgent to study, but the amount of information (specifically each practice test) is so overwhelming! I'm fine with vocab for the most part. What else should I zone in on?
I failed in my first attempt and passed today on my second. If I had joined prepagent before taking my first attempt at the exam, I bet I would have passed it. Joe you are a superhuman, the way you make these concepts simpler, to say thank you would be an understatement. I am very thankful to you and for all of your videos, I wouldn’t have passed if I hadn’t joined prepagent. To someone who’s thinking of joining prepagent and is reading this comment, please do so before you take the exam, you won’t regret it. Can’t wait to get started in the real estate world. Yay!
@@quivari25 ok good. Honestly just read the question thoroughly once you know how to apply the terms your good. Most questions are about Agency and licensing laws. Good luck you got this 🥳💜👌🏽
@@msyemisi7930 thanks! I failed both parts back in March and was so discouraged because I studied hard and didn't look back as much as I should've but I will study again and get it right this time. Thanks for those words. Encouragement means alot!
@@quivari25 im telling you dont even think to hard watch a few of these videos. You will definitely pass, dont be nervous and pray before your test you will pass. 🙏🏽💜👌🏽
This is one of my favorite videos from PrepAgent... he's so straight to the point and I like how he uses the same examples in all his videos it helps me remember better!! Thank you Joe.. my test is in two days in CA. So glad I found you before my test
Hey Joe, So, I am in school right now. How much Math do they ask because I am reallyy struggling with that> The terms I'm doing alright, although I am not sure when you show the questions & the instructor ask I know the answer but then when I take the test I fail. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??????
FINALLY!! For some reason I have really struggled with learning the "fee simple" definitions. After watching this video it literally "clicked"! FINALLY!! THANKS JOE!!
Joe, I’m taking the National test next week. Every subject you highlighted in this video is on my study lesson plan I created. I’m very happy to know I’ve ascertained the essential knowledge tests one needs to understand in order to pass the test. Your videos are AWESOME!
Just took my test today and passed. I’ll be honest some of the questions I was clueless and was like I didn’t see this on the practice exams lol. Advice is to just skip it and go back to it later. Also take your time. There were times I just had to sit back close my eyes, breathe, and compose myself.
I wanted to take out the time and say thank you for sharing your concise knowledge in real estate and making it easy to understand. I have been watching all if not most of the prep videos and I feel really confident taking my test! keep doing what you guys do!! TY
@@mirandasafar2717 I feel like I got this!! I dunno... how do you feel? I check out different youtube videos, and there are some videos that made the questions MORE technical, meaning more difficult. Seems like prep agent dumbs it down, a but, so that it is easily understood, but I have a feeling the exam questions are going to be more technical--harder to answer
I'm taking my test later this month and have been reviewing using your videos which are very helpful. I am wondering why you did not include the 1866 civil rights act in your slide on fair housing as it goes straight into federal court and was emphasized both in the book and the pre-licensing test I took. Thanks for your videos they are helping me brush up on my pre-licensing class and correcting some of the things I've been confused on, especially the RE math.
All of your videos are SUPER helpful. Passed my VA Salesperson's National & State exam FIRST TRY!!! The practice exams on your website really helped drill the info in! Thanks Joe!
Hello Joe, I have a question. Probably an obvious one, If it asks: A treehouse can be removed without damage, are we to consider that personal property?
Yes it will be considers personal property because it is detached from the property. Just as picking off an apple from the tree. The apple will be personal property but the tree would be real property.
The way you talk, the tone of your voice, helps so much with absorbing information. The information you provide is so much more simplified and easier to understand than all my study materials, and its all the same information! You’re a gifted teacher!
OMG!!!!! Soooo helps me free hold and less then free hold 💝🙌 but my favorite was steering is for the buyers blockbusting is for the sellers and redlining is for the loans 🤯🤩that alone clears everything up😊
Thank you so much for the simple yet informative breakdown ever!! Seriously, this video is helping me to grasp my studies better! I've been having such a difficult time passing my practice exams. Much appreciated! LIKED and subscribing! Thanks Joe!
You are so awesome. I finished real estate school in 2018 in California. Life changes and death of my parent, I just continued to work in nursing and put real estate on back burner. Until, CA DRE sent me a notice of extension due to COVID, I started thinking about how in the world would I pass, I had not even open a book. I paid for a Crash Course from another school, not even the one I attended. I took 3 crash course zoom classes from the course. I started getting nervous as the test date approaches, which was today. I viewed your You tube for 3 days non stop, ending literally until 30 minutes prior to my test. I was so upset that I had not viewed it sooner. As I sat down for my test, I literally could have cried. The terms and scenarios you reviewed were appearing. You see I am not the best test taker, I have graduated from College, but your presentation, dry and corny humor I loved, stuck in my head all with all those mnemonics (i.e. STUD). I walked out shaking with 33 minutes left after reviewing and praying to pass. I told my results, which I was instructed not to open until I got to the elevator. I did it and I thank you so much Joe
Wow I have to agree with all Joe!! Your videos are truly helpful💯👍🏽 I am taking the time to also check out your videos and learning by understanding the meaning of all this and not just memorizing this stuff. You break it down so precise n simple n a way I can learn this. I didn’t pass in July but I’m looking forward to pass the second time around and I’m writing notes as I go along. Something about that pen hitting the paper y’all I’m Old school 🤣
Thank you so much, Joe and the Prep Agent Team. I have just taken and passed the National and State portion of the Texas Realestate exam (1st try) and I owe it to your videos and study material!!!
@@Rishraff Study vocabulary!!!!< Can't stress that enough, listen to Joe's videos in your vehicle while running errands, on your way to work etc., all the way up until it's time to take your test, and finally, don't stress too much about the math portion, there are only like 8 math questions on the National portion of the exam.
I subscribed $3000 for the questions and answers but paid $2000 then after the exams I completed my payment to Mr James , I studied the questions and answers he provided and was shocked to see the same questions on the day i took my exams, he’s truly a genius
