Coffee beans Lavazza, Qualità Oro from Italy, but I will try Schümli Crema from Switzerland in the future. I also grind them with a small hand mill. I do use a "French Press". Ahhhhh, Ahmad.....Jamal! if you wanna hear a fanTASTIC Jamal album, it it Rossiter Road on LP. i became enamored of it on CD but I found it on vinyl and WOW, an all analog disc and the left hand can shake your room. as far as digital recordings on vinyl, it will mostly sound better than on CD as there is only one conversion from the original recording direct to the disc cutter eliminating the necessary conversion to 16/44.1 for CD. even original 16/44.1 recordings bypass the cd mastering step. of course there exceptions in all cases. jamal
