There are VERY few channels that I give a "Like" before watching the video, this happens to be one of them. You are so charming and educational, Alex :)
The 3 most important tips I'll get from this video: 🔥 - Writing the "why" / the "because" - Being an authority - The most important (for me): social proof What do u think folks? 💪🏼
Another thing that helped a lot was offering more value for the buck. Example: instead of just offering 1 product for example $99 offer 2 more valuable products with it for free, or products that go with it, today I just bought the new coca cola energy drink I wasn't gonna buy it but the catch was buy one get one free. So I got it to try it. I sell a filmmaking course and when u buy it u also get a free color package worth $45 and a free ebook on how to book filming gigs worth $99. I hope this helps someone 🙂
Hello Alex, I'm working intensively my copywriting skills. I'm so proud of me that I chose you as a mentor. Thanks a lot for the value that you share either in your programs or your social media. I'm reading Robert Cialdini and the truth about human functioning revealed in this book is just stunning. Thanks for this sum up. Just amazing, as usual😍
Thank you so much, that was so helpful, I've been aware of some of the tricks you shared, but NOW I'm certainly confident relying on them in my upcoming advertisement.
I've read a book by Cialdini called I 50 SEGRETI DELLA PERSUASIONE i'm italian and i don't know what's his name is in other countries...but if you find it in your language...well i highly reccomend it.
Hey Alex. Thank you so much for all the helpful tips. I am a growing copywriter for the company I work for and I want to become really successful in my field. Your lessons and advice is helping me so much.
I was shortly subscribed and with few I viewed of your line of tutorials, I am cinfident you practice wgat you preach. You are reliable to learn from what I must know, not knowing what I need to know to be reliable to clients. Thanks much Alex!
Thanks for this video! Definitely using those tips and triggers. PS: I bought the book Influence based off your recommendation in your previous video and its been great reading so far. Thanks, Alex!
Fantastic video, as usual! I hear you speak about recommended books all the time, but I'm usually not at my desk when I do so can't take any notes, do you have a page where you list the books and your recommended ressources ?
Hi Alex, I always love your videos and so many things I can learn about copywriting. Just wondering if you are open for webinars? Or be a guest for a webinar?
Hey Alex! I have a question...I've been writing copy based on the content that the companies i want to work with put out. I've emailed them but none of them replied. I'm going forward with writing for other companies but i would love to work with the other ones. What should I do? Email them again?
Hey Adrian, I am just starting this freelance writer journey and have been watching an Alan Sharpe course I got on Udemy. It's amazing. Definitely worth checking out. One of the thoughts that came to me when I read your comment is this-What value are you bringing to the company you want to work for? Are you a better copywriter than the one they have now? Why should they choose you over every other copywriter out there? You could revise their current copy to show you can do it better or offer suggestions on how they could improve their copy to increase sales. As I've been studying copywriting I have had one company in mind that I would like to work with. My plan is to start a campaign that gets them traffic and sales so when customers start saying how they learned of the company they will say it was me, my promotions, and potentially cause them to consider taking me on in that role. If you demonstrate to them that you are a valuable asset to their company you will make their decision to hire you a no-brainer. Best of luck to you!
Hi Alex, I was just curious, what are the research processes that you use for a product or service? I mean, do you use any tool or where do you go or which sites do you use for research? I believe finding the pain points and on the other hand the expectations of a customer require research. This is the most important part..correct me if I am wrong. Best Regards.
You don't need a content generator; existing tools don't create the best output. Invest in high-quality resources to boost your shop in TextScout - I'm absolutely amazed.
Xerox: people are not manipulative assholes and in fact have hopes and dreams not just fears. You want to sell them products they actually need and will enjoy because of word of mouth, your own self-perception, and repeat business.

It's not just that you want to use their name you ALSO want to connect the product with them. Basically involve them in the production and distribution process, see them as FANS. "You might not be able to afford this, so i discounted it! And you can ALWAYS tell your friends or family about this great deal!" This is a really nasty one coz it makes them feel poor, so they are compelled to buy to prove they are not poor. This is why I don't write copy for others' products.
But this does not change the fact that in Antarctica there are 21 million penguins and in Malta there are 502,653 inhabitants. So if the penguins decide to invade Malta, each Maltese will have to fight 42 penguins.
Although the content is really good, it would be much better if there were examples in comparison to the examples you give. I think it would be very beneficial if you provided real live examples.
