exactly. Who cares if the coffee is "not great". Probably depends a lot on the beans. I'd literally drink any coffee before none at all, especially when it's cold outside
I distinctly remember the fan jacket being used a lot in construction when I worked in Japan. The summer climate in Japan is brutal in terms of humidity and heat. It probably was not a purpose made western product, but a product that was made for Japan and them trying their luck at a broader market.
there's a law in Japan thay enforce companies to take action to ensure their workers don't heat stroke, fan jacket is one of the more commonly used solution at worksites
In Japan that style of fan jacket is really really popular in the summer. All local brands and stores sell them. You still sweat with them on, but it gives all your body a direct fan, so no matter how hot it gets it keeps you from overheating. It also is code in most trades to wear long sleeves all year round, hence it’s popularity here. I have used one as well, and depending on the brand/quality of the product, the high setting gets you around 5 hours of usage, while a lower setting can get you 12 hours or more of usage.
The wheelbarrow hands down is the coolest thing as you get older things on your body become weaker and when you start hitting 40s and up like 44 years old you won't find me behind a wheel barrel unless it's the new one from Home Depot with the two wheels in front and it's empty LOL
Besides the bike and electric wheelbarrow I already knew Makita sold stuff like vacuum cleaners cooling/heated jackets and fans as well as coffee makers and the phone charger attachment. They even have a battery powered ice box/mini fridge cooler that you can cool drinks in that has an onboard bottle opener and USB ports for charging phones and so on
in europe the robot vacuum, coffee maker, bicycle and wheelbarrow are still in almost every store that mainly sells makita and so far as i know they sold quite a few of each of them, especially the wheelbarrow
@@jasonswoger410 It has a measuring spoon with it and has a filter , but yeah they sell coffee pods too , it also works with 12 and 18 volt batteries Batteries do not last long , you only make few cups , heats 1 dl water per 1Ah . Makita Cordless Coffee Maker DCM501 ad video is on YT .
Years ago I bought the helmet fan for 20$, I guess they were getting rid of them... I usualy avoid welding when it's to hot outside but if I have to, I use this thing attached with velcros on my helmet.
Ill have to admit: I dont own anything makita. Im a milwaukee and ryobi fan. But i do admire makita for trying out so many cordless ideas. We as diyers and makers follow their lead.
I bought the jacket with the fans as I work inside greenhouses during the summer. You will still feel hot as the fans blow hot air inside the jacket. However, even though it is still hot it makes the heat more tolerable and it lasts for 12 hours on the max speed. So you can have it on all days long (hours of work). If you combine the jacket with one of those neck fan then staying all day inside a greenhouse even when it’s over 100 degrees is possible and tolerable.
I have the usb charger and it’s awesome, I bought a cooling jacket but Makita’s sizing isn’t remotely close to the USA and the 3X jacket would barely fit over my shoulders, it’s more like a Large in the USA.
Bro I actually kinda want that jacket for when I'm working in the TX attics in August or even working in the yards repairing/replacing water lines and sewer pipes
i really do like the wireless controller and the robot vacuum, i think that little guy would be perfect for an overnight cleaning of the floor while everybody is away.
im not a Makita fan boy but the video drew me in looks like there are 2 different coffee makers (i know people wish other brands would put out coffee makers) and i saw at least 3 different upright house type vacuums i knew of about half of these items and found all but the bike on ebay. neat video
I do like that coffee maker. Never used one but it's a sweet idea. Take it with you to the cabin. Like a real cabin, not your second home at the lake, I mean your shack in the woods in the middle of nowhere where you hunt and what not.
I'm a Makita fan boy, of sorts. I help in the house by doing the vacuuming. [My choice, I'm not hen pecked] I've always said that if Makita came out with a cordless upright house vacuum, I would buy it. Well, they did. It's heavy (the one negative) and it's powerful. A little pricey, but so are most good vacuums. At $700 it's not bad. I've had my XCV19 for about 4 months and it's a good home vacuum. I love the way the hose detaches for quick work of edges and crevices. Very powerful suction. Uses two LXT batteries. Now I'm thinking of getting a dual charger for the house. I have to take the batteries out to the workshop to charge them.
The DCM 500 coffee maker goes on 240volt outlets to, I use it at home as my daily coffie maker ,its a lot faster on the outlet. i love it, and I drink coffee a lot. its just to slow on battery and mine broke fast, now it only work's on the outlet.
I have the usb charger charges my Samsung tablet well needs a good lead through and I also have the early design coffee maker I have used it every day for about 3 years now I use it mostly on mains power but use it on batteries on long journeys or when working where there's no mains power excellent bit of kit
Oh I believe you must have passed on the Makita portable radio. Everyone has had it they don't have any other Makita tool but the rugged FM radio just secures the show for any worker
Yo Trz! Honestly I did know all of them. I like to go to alot of these companies home websites and scroll through all the products. The hardest is dewalt because it seems like they come out with all these crazy kits and the such daily. Lol. Hope all is well brotherman!!!
Woooo. Created channel just so I can comment :P I have the cooling jacket (never used it while working, but it’s great while fishing or hiking in the sun longgggg distances. (And yess you do look puffy..) And as for the phone/tablet charger, I own a few hence the jacket adaptors also have 2 usb sockets on them. Super good and a long night with heavy use of an iPhone 11pro max can be done using a full 5ah battery :) I recommend the charger from an owner-user perspective. Like seriously you don’t know how good and portable it is. I use it fishing/hiking and even when riding my bicycle long distance. Also thanks for the cool vid ;)
Yep, i know about all these. Yes, including the silly bicycle. Hey, just like with videos, ya gotta try different things to find out what works, right? Thanks TRZ, and God bless! Oh! Lastly, one word: MAKITA! 😎👍
I thought I was clever inventing the hat fan and the shirt fan until I looked online and saw them all over the place. Not quite the same as my idea but pretty close. Also, I was using the little portable phone chargers instead of lugging around a hefty Makita battery but then they are trying to sell their product I suppose. Same with that nifty little phone charger that clips on your belt. Great idea if you got a spare Makita battery hanging around and not being used. But again, why not just a phone charger and a USB cable?
If it comes down to it's got to be most people probably have not seen the bicycle that has to probably be number one but also today did not know Ryobi makes a static spray gun I guess it's for Powder Coating somebody was asking a few workers at Home Depot when I was there before shopping did not know Ryobi made one of those
ok i seen a makita veneer maker , it was made in england , was a belt that pulled in timber with a disc on top you could change angle and it sliced of veneer
