In one scene featuring the city you can see a build board of the Lloyd. The thing is, the suit was wearing was (I think) from the morro season. I couldn’t see it well but I think that was the suit.

I’ve watched the LEGO ninjago movie multiple times and I noticed a few secrets myself. First, when Lloyd was jumping on the boat, in the bottom left of the screen, Jays parents are there. Also there is a reference to the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy when Robin Roberts is giving the news after Garmadon has taken ninjago city. Under the tv screen there is in big red letters the words ‘DONT PANIC’ Which is a reference to the back cover of the book.
