Hi Tom, Thanks for your comment! Our usual outsourcing to VA's is the following: Prospecting: - List Building - Lead Generation Client Account Management - Client Communication - Passing updates from our Dev team to the client Managerial Work: - Taking before/after reports for our Speed Service - Spinning up staging servers on WP Engine The list is endless, really. Whenever you do a task that takes more than 20 minutes, that you can outsource, create an SOP and offload to a VA. The founder of the company should focus on Sales and managing employees, that's how real growth happens (at least what's worked for us.) I hope this helps!
@@Agencysuccessclub Thanks for the detailed response! Seems like I need to be utilizing a VA. Are you leveraging any tools to create a knowledge base for those VAs to reduce the training time?
@@501SEM We used to hire VA's in the Philippines from Upwork. They are good at following written instructions. If you want to try new things, they are better for researching and putting together a plan for YOU to execute - I've had issues asking them to test out different marketing strategies or any task with unclear instructions. I would start by writing down the usual tasks that take up your day: - Answering emails - Project management - Sales & prospecting And then your process for completing them. Also, have them do a test task. Like all employees, some are good at their jobs, and others are lazy. The best freelancers from the Philippines usually charge $8+ per hour; those who charge $3/hr are typically less experienced.
