I have yet to read a Sam Mariano book & I've seen her books popping up on multiple lists. I'll definitely give her a try soon. I love your list, Jenn 🖤❤
I literally have a love-hate relationship with Sam Mariano. I find that there's no middle ground for me - I either love the book or I absolutely loathe the book. I may give Descent a shot. Thanks for the recs! 😊
Hey Jen here are the darkest romance's I've read 10. Untouchable by Sam Mariano 9. Descent by Sam Morano 8. Truly by caramel Rhodes 7. Tormentor mine series by Anna zaires 6. Wrong by Adelaide Forest 5. Still beating by Jennifer Hartman 4. Underestimated by jettie woodruff 3. Devil's night series by Penelope Douglas 2. Broken love series by BB Reid 1. Born Darkly duet by Trisha Wolfe
I learned about Sam Mariano from The Book Refuge and Sordid which I love love love. Hitched hasn't been "my cup of tea" either but I do want to finish it at some point. Thanks for showcasing so many great books that otherwise wouldn't get any attention. I learned of Take Me With You by Nina Jones from this channel as well and it was pretty dark.
Yeah, I have heard that Nina Jones is super dark. Doesn't seem like one I would like, but I know some other people love her. Thanks for watching and trying some of my faves!!
Thank you, thank you lovely Jen. I haven’t read this dark yet. The darkest situation I’ve come across so far was in The Four Horseman series by Sara Bailey. I don’t remember which book it was but it involves the removal of a beating heart. 😱I loved that series so much. ❤️🤗
So this was a rec video of books for me to avoid 😂 although I did try Secret Obsession and dnfed it cause yeah, it was too dark for my chicken self. Thanks so much for joining the collab Jenn ❤
I still have to read the last book in the Blood Alliance series too. I agree with you about even if it hurts Dare is a true psychopath. I wanted Aubrey to fight back the way that we did with Carter and untouchable.. but she didn’t. I’m curious to see where this journey because it is wild.
I knew it was Pam Gadwin before it was even said... that first book made me not read for 4 days, which is unheard of.. the 3rd i was not so keen on. For some reason, it didn't fit as well as the other ones...
