Hoewel een narcistische persoonlijkheidsstoornis (NPD) slechts zeldzaam wordt gediagnostiseerd, hebben veel mensen narcistische trekken waardoor ze in de omgang net zo toxisch kunnen zijn. Vaak realiseren we ons pas hoe vreselijk ze werkelijk zijn als het te laat is. Daarom hebben we deze video gemaakt om je te helpen leren hoe je een narcist kunt herkennen en jezelf het emotionele trauma kunt besparen.
