You are genus I do have a question have zero knowledge on this and did buy few robots that lost me alot. My question can you combine 2 indicators as 1 for example I use 800 cci hlc/3 and full stochastic 5,3,3 with 90 and 10 levels. So the way I use that is when cci touches the levels full stochastic levels not the signal
Hi @zedbaby72. When creating EAs in a program like EA Studio or FSB Pro, you can include as many indicators as you like, using any parameters. Using the historical data either from your broker, the free historical data app on the website (eatradingacademy.com/software/forex-historical-data/), yuo can immediately see the changes to the backtest as you make changes to your strategy/ies
I try test this ea with all 10 robots on FTMO platform demo for 2.5 month data backtest.And i will say i test currency pairs all majors and croses.On m5 m15 time frame .From this test i see ea work ok on audusd m5 ,eurjpy m15 , audnzd m15 ,audchf m15 ,audjpy m5.Of course you need check by your self how this work on real market.
Hey Adams, thanks for the feedback. Keep in mind that these 10 strategies were created for EURUSD and I did not aim at making the parameters for other assets. But it is great you found other markets.
@@PetkoAleksandrov Glad you like it. Btw i try m5 m15 on eurusd in ftmo 2.5 month backtest dont work well. Btw when i backtest can i check some how what strategy work well and what not? Or i need use fxblue and forward testing?

You can easily perform a backtest to see results over a specific period. We are not currently trading with this EA, as we have limited resources on our VPS, and with the number of EAs we test, in the thousands, we cannot keep all of them running

Hi @GordonTorbet, This is specifically created for EURUSD M15. You can backtest it on different assets and see what the results will be, or in EA Studio, you can use the Mulimarket tool. You may find that you get good resuts, but as mentioned, it has been created for, and backtested on EURUSD M15
I am wondering which techniques you might use to upgrade the results of your ea. Perhaps you would do a video on this subject as I feel there may be great potential. Thanks
Hi Blaiserboy, it's really just a case of backtesting the EA. EA Studio does this automatically, so we always have the best strategies over certain historical data. From there, we can run it through the Optimiser and robustness tools to get the best possible results, but it's always based on backtesting and doesn't guarantee better future performance.
Hey mate great video, downloaded the free bot and back tested it. In every situation, turning off different ea's within the bot and in every case over a number of different dates it whipes the account. Checked out your Website and keen to use but I'm not going to spend the huge amount of money to join When the free ea failed all back testing. Anything I could be Doing wrong? I can't see if there is any monthly subscription options?
With a portfolio EA, the idea is to install it on a demo account and monitor the performance of the strategies with FXBlue or a similar site, then only trade those strategies that are currently profitable, leaving the others disabled, and changing as necessary. There is no monthly subscription per se, but we have licensing options for the Top 10 App: eatradingacademy.com/premium-robots/top-10-robots-app/
Logic if any EAs worked long term why would he share it? Dont be a fool ask yourself if you had a working EA that made money would you be selling it for few hundred desperate dollars? Pekto Alexsandrov you are misleading newbie traders like the rest of the scammers!

Hi andreialcaza, which broker did you test with? Remember, spreads and commissions can make a big difference to results. Also, an EA will not be profitable all of the time. As you have seen from the backtest results there are periods of draw downs, but overall, the strategy has been quite profitable. Give it a try with a different broker offering tighter spreads and smaller commissions.

Backtested back 5 years, it is profitable, but barely. Avg 20% per year. Did better the closer we got to current date. I'm going to forward test on a demo for a while now. Feels like a solid EA, especially for free!!

Thanks Petko! Thanks for sharing! I did backtesting for a year and it indeed profitable portfolio EA even with 1.00 entry amount. DD is a little big large than FTMO requirements, but still it deserves attention. Is exists option to get included EAs in different files? I would like to do some tuning and reduce DD under 5%.
Hi docdz1976, you can use a program like FSB Pro, and tweak the strategy. Alternatively, try testing with a different broker and see if the DD will be lower.
Thank you so much I think YOU CAN boosted with users able to adjust parameters in MetaTrader tester so they can optimize EA for there Brokers. AlSO EA used fix lot which is not really bad but you can turn use account % Balance for open lot that is a great risk management for opening order. That's the big difference. So profit increase significantly and faster in short time
Hi George-mh7xm, not this one in particular. The EA attached to this video has been created for EURUSD based on the asset's historical data. However, we can, and do create EAs for various cryptos. If you look through the videos, you'll find some I have recorded specifically for crypto, mainly BTCUSD, with free EAs available if you look in the video descriptions.
Hi firstlast-ru9ne, check your entry lots, leverage and your account size to make sure you have the funds available to open an order. Usually you will get this error when your expert advisor (EA) is trying to send an order with invalid trade volume.

After the first few videoes I watched I thought you were a BS you tube clown but this video was impressive. I've built several dozen bots using FX dreema and tried a few from market. I know how difficult it is to achieve consistent profits with an EA. There is a human factor that filters trades that EAs don't have. I'll be taking a serious look at this. I really do need to automate my trading at least somewhat due to work hrs. Thanks for the good content. Very impressive.
Thank you for the free EA, I tested this EA from 2023.02.01 to 2023.05.07 on MT4 tester. But the profit is only 2.52% which is very bad result. If I have missed something important, please explain how to backtest.
Hi reneeandcurtisarcand, when creating EAs in EA Studio, one of the Acceptance Criteria you can select is the DD. In other words, if you select to have a maximum DD of 2.5, and the strategies that are collected will all that as a property.
@@PetkoAleksandrov I went to EA studios and the only thing I could do is create the perfect strategy that I saved so when I can afford the full program to start using it that's why I asked you the question cause everyone Wants tons of money for any program hence why so many people shy away from any kind of trading is cause they don't have the funds to get started
