My main goal for 2021 is that no matter what happens, I am going to focus on the good things in my life (no matter how small or silly) and practice gratitude daily. Secondly I want to spend less time on the stuff that doesn’t matter (like mindlessly scrolling through social media) and focus more on the things that do matter (like spending time with family).

to whoever is reading this and has set goals for 2021: reaching goals is not linear :) do not be hard on yourself if you skip a workout or have a cheat meal or whatever might feel like a "failure." you have the rest of your life to continue reaching your goals and it's okay to take a break! be gentle on yourself and enjoy reaching your goals at your own pace in 2021!! 1. I want to keep up my exercise routine, exercising most days (yoga, hiit, weights) 2. Eat mostly whole food plant based diet (80%) 3. Read a chapter a day
I love how for each goal there's an action that triggers a larger goal. On my list, I would've just put, drink more water, be more active, read more, etc. With this way of goal making you make a habit instead of not having a way to achieve your ultimate goal.

I too always keep my water bottle next to me & carry it with me in my bag together with my hand cream sanitizer & lip balm. I drink 2 L of water daily & read one book per month. I will surely implement meditation into my routine thanks for motivating me 'a little bit is better than nothing!'🤗

Something I've learned this year was try not to stress out for future stuffs plans exams problems meeting ..... cause none of us really knows what gonna happen the next day ! I am so glad and proud of myself that i actually am practicing some of these small but soo important habits and they really have changed my mental and physical health or i feel that way .My new year resolution this year would be " to stop comparing myself to others"this one really gives me a tough time and i don't really know how to deal with this one but if you try anything is possible. One thing I’ve found really useful is to swap comparison for gratitude for myself. After a while you realise that you’re unique and comparison is just a story. 🤩🥳✨

I like to have 1 big goal each year, and several easy goals which will help me achieve that big goal. By the end of the year, I don't necessarily have to achieve that big goal, but I could set a percentage of how much progress I made on the big goal. Such a great video, Aileen! Makes me super excited to start writing my resolutions 🥰
I am already used to carry a water bottle with me everytime and keep one near my bed. I am easily dehydrated so I need plenty of water to have energy. Here's a funny thing though : I freak out when I don't find water near me sometimes! But yeah I really need to have a fruit bowl, I do eat fruits on most of days in a week but I never start my day with it. Will apply to that habit ! Thank you Aileen ☺️❤️.
