34:08; That’s real. There is this Waffle House that I go to about once every two months or so. I recognize the same cook in there almost every time I get pick up food. I always say, “Thank you, Chef” to him everytime. That’s all I ever say to him. I went there about two weeks ago and the waiter was taking longer than usual taking orders. When I finally got my food, that same cook made it a point to walk up to me and tell me ‘sorry for the long wait. I work every Wed thru Sat. Come in and I got you’. Treat ppl right and they’ll return the favor.

First of all, I love the suit, vibe and Latin Samba music. Coach EO you gave an excellent message which is easy for us as men to be attractive to women. Once again, the confidence from you is given, by what we who have been in the military, call command presence. This confident, dominance is from doing the little things expertly, effortlessly and masterfully executing these recommended 10 manly behaviors. A man without command presence in a presentation or in their daily tasks in the workplace will not be attractive or stand out to women. I will look for the tongue scraper and stop using my phone to tell the time. It is masculine to be pleasant and courteous and that is not taught or emphasized today. I made sure I went to the dentist in the last month as a result of Coach EO, emphasizing proper dental hygiene. This is a classic, must-see video Coach EO. Great video and advice, I definitely need to work on smiling more, people always tell me they thought I was mean before they started talking to me because I hardly smile. Also because my days can be so long and busy sometimes I find myself in situations where it would be beneficial to be social, but I'm so worn out mentally and physically I don't do it.

Skin care - clean diet is most important, no processed foods, cutting grains and sugar, eat quality meats, fats and fruit. Getting sunlight and proper sleep.. and semen retention for couple months.. you following all these steps, people will ask why you are glowing, it happened to me as well..
