10 Foods to cut on or eliminate completely. 1. Fries (because it stores fat at mid area of the body) 2. Bread (because it is not nutritious and has no fiber plus it brings more hunger) 3. Fizzy/Soft Drinks (because your body doesn't recognize this as food) 4. Juices (because there is lots of sugars and this can lead to weight gain and other deceases) 5. Fast Take out foods 6. Alcohol (because it contains alot of sugar/acid and you will gain weight around your mid section) 7. Consuming excess fat and all (mayonnaise, cooking oil, butter, margarine etc.) 8. Desserts/ sweets / cakes 9. Eating Late at Night (solution go rather to bed early, so that your body can do digestion) 10. Over-Eating (because over eating even the healthy food will lead to weight gain, so don't over eat)

I cut down infact I stopped eating bread drinking soda if I crave juice I take zobo I stopped fries stop pizza noodles and walk 4times a week and hv lost 21 kg

Good video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle mass and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and ate 5-6 meals a day. It worked very well for me. No intermittent fasting, no starving myself etc…Losing weight and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

@Vera Ugonna I agree with you. I started doing 20 mins DAILY..either when I wake up before my day starts OR as soon as I return from night shift before I sleep. I exercise at home with music because I have a sore knee. My daily breakfast is celery smoothie or any other combination of carrot, ginger,tumeric or anything I find healthy that is not sugary on empty stomach then Cereal after some time. Main meal at lunch and carb free diet for dinner. My dear, my body feels better, less pain, even my face is pimple free with pimples popping up occasionally and healing shortly. Make up is a 1once in a blue moon business because I am very much okay if I dont use it.

You didn't emphasize on the nuts. And water you didn't talk the volume of water to be consumed. Some fruits like avocado pear. The importance. Herbs and leaves do they help? Intermittent fasting and light consumption any Good?

PLEASE HELP!!! What are the other meals I can do in this Nigeria If I cut down on rice, yam, bread, potatoes, semo, eba and poundo yam. Honestly, the thought of not knowing what to eat is why I go back to those foods. Moreso, my foods don't break down easily. Can you please help me!!! I do portion control but I still have big body. I'm just tired. Sometimes I am so sad at why I have a big body. No one around me is complaining but for my body freedom sake and me able to rock awesome armless dresses.

The key is consistency. You won't notice the change immediately but somethings happening. Try working out and reducing your portions. It will take time but soon you'll notice the change. Others might even notice it before you do. But you have to be mentally ready

Instead of white rice you can switch it to brown rice. Instead of white bread you can switch to wholemeal bread. Instead of fizzy drinks you can switch it to sprinkling water.

Sometimes getting fat in your mid part does not mean you don't eat the right foods..but sometimes it is the hormone that is the culprits..my doctor told me that from onset prior to my wanting to lose some weight..i started going for all the right food that you mentioned..i am crying while watching your video, because as from now, I eat light breakfast and lunch..no dinner.. Whatsoever..i drink only water till I sleep, I wake up bloated than before..😱😱

Your presentation is good but what is better is when you have information on grams of fat/calorie. You said the right things but here’s a suggestion; next you talk about foods have a nutritionist or food professional who has an understanding of the chemical breakdown of foods önce consumed as well as that person can have knowledge of body systems to be able to talk about how food effects the human body. With a professional dietician and or nutritionist, they can answer questions and also detail the information you gave. Overall a good presentation. Portion controls can be discussed based on a persons medical status and their lifestyle, age, gender, ( men lose weight faster than females) and how active they are. Activity you mentioned did not address physical activity for individuals over 50 or have specific health conditions.

Our weight is determined by genetic factors and environmental factors. The genetics cant be changed but we can do something about the other. Sedentary lifestyle is a major problem so even if you eat right and dont change the sedentary lifestyle its a total waste. The advice is awesome but we have to be realistic too especially people with busy work schedules. Another thing is hormonal for women especially when approaching menopause .

I have seen where these fizzy drinks are produced, since 2014 I made up my mind to avoid them totally.... These drinks are made with bagssssss of sugar guys!!

You should have included heavy carbohydrate foods in your number. Like Garri, yam, fufu, unripe plantain, etc. Quite alright you talked about it in the food proportion but having it appear on your number, is better because it worth talking about.

With the plantain you can roast it and it's delicious roasted, even the yam can be roasted , my grandma use to do that in Ghana
