How he slowly transitioned from the only character truly grounded seeing the squad as an outsider to probably the craziest among them is just a testament to Andre and the writing. He was a great foil for Jake at the start and is now the highlight of every episode.
@lelwut ah yes because as we all know Brooklyn 99 actively promotes the government seizure of the means of production to be redistrubted to the working class Such as the episode where Amy and Jake protect Doug Judy from an assassin on a boat Or the Episode where Jake and Amy get Married Or the Episode where Boyle gets attacked by the Thanksgiving Turkey Or the episode where it turns out Scully and Hitchcock where the best detectives around in the 80s Makes sense
@lelwut I'm a registered Republican actually. A communist is someone who supports a government who seizes the means of production from private members of society and centralizes them and redistributes them to the working class. At least in utopian theory. And also set market rates and market production. So please do tell specific scenes where Brooklyn 99 promotes these ideals. Or do you just throw the word commie around like a fool without actually knowing what communism is?
Dallas Goodman he’s either a troll or one of those assholes who thinks that because there are 3 gay characters on the show it’s liberal propaganda, and because liberal obviously equals communist it’s therefore propaganda. Not everyone can I have brain cells I suppose.
I don't think you understand her character. It's not that her character is never smiling or always grumpy. She smiles on several occasions. It's just that Rosa's character is restrained.
i want nothing more than for somebody to explain to captain holt that it's not about memory, it's about sentiment, and to show your loved ones off to other people :,)
It's because he realizes at the end of episode one, why Holt wants hin to wear a tie. The tie shows that they are a Team because it's a Part of the uniform.
Bc he realized it was part of the "group uniform". Once in a while he actually shows up without one specially up to the third season, but when he is also dating Amy he never forgot it again.
I love how confounded Rosa looked when she was trying to read Holt’s mood. Rosa, who’s usually stone faced, was actually confused by Holt’s lack of emotion. 😆
The funniest one by far in my opinion: when jake pranks holt by moving the podium or whatever that he uses for morning meetings by like 1cm. Holts reaction is beautiful
@@nickdossantos8848 The Balloon Arch was rejected by Amy and Terry - their opinion was Rosa would not like it (for wedding to Pimento) and forced him to get rid of it.
Holt’s face when Rosa asks if it took him all night to come up with “Wunchtime is over” is the previously inexistent mix between pride and self disappointment, and I love it.
Bro I love him so much. He is one of the most stone-faced, smartest, and "serious" characters in the entire show, yet he is also the pettiest in the entire 99th precinct.
I think Charles knows Captain Holt more than the rest of the group. He always guess the right answers about Captain Holt. For example, the marshmallow impression and the hula hoop incident.
It's so weird just finishing the show seeing the first interaction with Jake and Holt, it feels like watching the first episode of the office, everything is so different.
I like how amy was being late for the first time even though everyone guessed why but I can remember that when jake late nobody didn't asked him a question😂😂😂😂
