This is good development for Uganda..but the government should move services and development to the villages that way everyone wouldn't want to leave the villages and come to the cities
Im a Ugandan,but I doubt if all of these projects will be done,Our govt is full of greedy men who propose projects then they run away with the money ,this happens everytime
A lot of you giving comments here abviously do not live in Uganda. May be you just visit and go back to your safe quiet western neighbourhood. Or maybe you just hear of some African country called Uganda where you have never been. These projects get started because the people handling the moneys have to show that something is being done. But these projects will never be realised to completion because even as I write this here the trillions of shillings/millions of dollars allocated to fund them have already been withdrawn from the banks and sitting in some rich government officials small room somewhere in one of his mansons. Nothing gets done in Uganda. Entebbe Expressway is the shortest highway in the world yet it is the most expensive. If you don't know why then visit Uganda more often. Can u first put emphasis on roads coz portholes are too much in the city then u came to these lies that are displayed, some of us we hav travelled outside alot so don't lie to us

Tell that to the rwandese who have killed and looted the country for 40 years. Untill uganda has a Ugandan president not these refugees who loot and take home to Rwanda. These projects were planes more than 20 years ago. But the money has all been looted. Rwanda is being built by ugandans and Congolese resources

@@gerrytushh you mean the tribal talk is false when 90% police officers are from one part of the country. At the Uganda revenue authority the language spoken is lunyankole. All big government institutions are filled with one tribe. And none of those corrupt officials from the one part of the country is sent to jail for stealing all the monies of the country. Your a Ugandan from west bit if you close your eyes to the evils these Tutsi have done because they have favored you. You will be chased back to Rwanda with them. It would be very impressive if those projects were not funded by exorbitant foreign debts with inhumane interest rates and Unpatriotic conditions! The debt is skyrocketing so much that, even our great grandchildren will inherit it! I wonder what m7 spends the revenue he amasses after overtaxing impoverished Ugandans,on!

What I don't hear in this video is the garrantee that all the moneys allocated to these projects is not waiting for corrupt greedy hands to make themselves super rich while the communities that the project are designed to serve go deeper and deeper into poverty. The day Africa will learn how to clean the bedroom before inviting guests to the living room is the day God will come back to us
The dreams are big but without money nothing works, even Kenya had this dreams and never complete part of it without large depth for the country. Looking for the SGR planned which is based on Chinese planning, this is a structure design from the from the 60/70 years! One single track and Diesel Loks driving only 120km/hour never pay of the investments and loans! Cable cars are useless no capacity and not usable as municipal transport another wasted project . Uganda open your eyes don’t get consult from the wrong advisers!!!

Loll trying what? These projects are for 20 years ago. But all the money was looted. They still put the same old stuff. Kenya finished it's SGA 10years ago. Ours all the money was looted. The fuel storage plant was talked about 20 years ago. Still nothing. These are all bluffs
