@ coachsambo I do windmill anti clock wise. Witch hand should I put down first and witch leg should kick with. I always seem todo it wrong way and never have got it
I’ve been trying to get a tucked handstand for years, but could never stay in the position. Just found out last month that my shoulders lack the flexibility needed to get my hips over my head so that I can tuck without falling down. That’s why I’m always doing the banana. I started stretching my shoulders every day but progress is slow. Do you ever have students with this problem, and if so, what solution do you recommend?
I got the same issue. I also have a lag of hip flexibility. I recommend you to stretch always before you start practicing handstands. Then you should practice handstands with the wall. Practice it with only your booty at the wall and try to to a sandwich/hollowback. This helped me the most. Then try it without the wall. After 2-3 weeks it wasn't a problem anymore. I still have to warm up my shoulders and stretch, but it's possible :)
Sad because I can't handstand. Theses exercises are for people who already do a handstand. Do you have something even more basic? I like your content, you are funny and great coach
