I would advise reading good novels too, not just how to books... It opens the mind, teaches you about emotions, makes for good conversation with friends.

Such a great video, and you touched on so many amazing habits! I try to get outside, practice gratitude, drink half a gallon of water, connect with someone, move my body (workout or yoga), and wake up at the same time each day. I am also currently working on a night time routine.
