We don't know when in August that they'll be dropping Face Customizers, but chances are this is the last video I make before that update comes through. In the downtime I'll be prepping for the update and overhauling the Discord ALSO as I said at the end of this video- let me know below if you have any tips you think I should throw into future videos like these!
That custom armor at 0:35 using tentacles was genius. Looked a little janky but I totally got what you were doing. Ring mail and the Crow head as a bascinet helm, man I learn something new everytime I watch these videos. Also looked like the chest armor was made out of sholder pieces. Dude thanks for sharing.
I have a good tip! If you give an extra arm the new dragon-eating-orb staff, you can get a cool Elden Ring helmet with a dragon head on the top! Works best if you have a cluttered helmet and scarf to hide the long staff part! Really cool on heavy knights with a level of engravings on their armor only normal for fantasy!
On the topic of fire you don't need awkward fire hands as the nightmare tail (i think that's the name I'm on mobile and hero forge still has no direct way to view the part names on mobile) can be put as a back tail letting you set stuff on fire much easier and with way more articulating to get the exact right about or fire and match it to the 'wind' so you don't have fire being blown in 3 directions like your example abomination lol
I got violently shunted awake in the middle of the night at 4:30 am and quickly opened up my subscriptions and saw that you uploaded to I just had to watch.
@@fleetcenturionkitbashing is a feature that was announced as coming a while ago. It would allow you to move items freely in the 3d space provided by heroforge, as well as other features.
Mostly just is a matter of understanding how hot a certain fire is there's not really a 1 color always works as a fire sword is going to burn differently than flesh
Honestly I did have recordings of where I went over fire and different types of magic for the colour guide, but when it stretched past 20 minutes I had to start pruning a lot of shit out and that was some of the stuff I considered too niche to be worth keeping. That said, I may give out some proper tips for it in a future tip video if there's interest
Hello, Derf. I’ve been trying to contact you for several weeks now about my removal from your Discord. To my knowledge, I never received a warning before my permanent removal, which is allegedly what the staff is supposed to give. If we could talk about this through DMs, I’m sure we could clear this up.
I have a really good tip for hoods, so if you get the Discipline Of Death cape and pose it right you can get a nice hood of sorts for coats, but its recommend to say that it will l be a lil clippy around the shoulders with a part of the cape sticking out.
None of these models use any significant glitches, so yes, these are all printable and fine! Layered models have no problem printing, but they are more expensive as they kinda count as 2
as long as every part of the model is connected to the base (nothing is floating) and none of the connections are too thin, they should pront just fine
Not currently! I plan on opening some soon but since Face Customizer has just come out I don't feel I can currently do them justice until I've learned the system!
@@DerfholmOH?! Cool! well lemme know when your commission window opens again and your rates. I got a couple that I've been trying to get right but I simply cant find the time. (Life drama+ College, All that jazz)
@@harozuken For sure! If you're in the Discord that is probably the easiest avenue to hear about it, but I can otherwise try to remember to get in touch here
