10 home workouts to get rid of belly fat in 3 weeks | Yatinder Singh
The video explains 10 best home exercises that you can follow to reduce your belly fat in less than a month. You do not need any equipment or any special place for these exercises. You can easily perform them at your home, park or even if you are out on a holiday. It would not take more than 15-20 mins to complete the workout and hence you do not have to plan a special time.
Follow it for 3 weeks and you will definitely start getting the results.
These are easy and effective exercises which would help you in muscle conditioning, toning of your body, improving joint mobility along with reducing your belly and overall body fat.

1. High Knee Raises- 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions from Each Leg
2. Jumping Jacks- 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions
3. Mountain Climbing- 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions from Each Leg
4. Burpees- 3 Sets of 5 Repetitions
5. Squats- 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions
6. Plank Walk- 3 Sets of 10 Repetitions
7. Lying Hip Raises- 3 Sets of 15 Repetitions
8. Push-Ups- 3 Sets of 8 Repetitions

Sir, none of the trainer helped me yet. I follow rigorous diet, perform every excercises in an accurate form, does daily 50 squats (one go ).......yet my belly isn't reduced and biceps not growing. PLZ SUGGEST
