My Beagle "Jelly" loves to eat anything. Her favourite items are..... Paper, Plastic, wood, sofa, broom, shoes, my finguers along with any food items. Since she is only 8 weeks old so there are few restrictions to human food. We are feeding her Curd rice, Dalhia, Soft rice and pulses boiled, Boiled egg, without salt but with a pinch of turmatic powder. No fruites and vegitables, No dog foods.
I feel like you should take off the coconut meat or add the warning that they put so people just don’t go off and feed them coconut meat without knowing the side affects to some dogs
I really didn't know that RU-vid is having such an informative channel. I love your both channels .It helps me a lot. Thank you so much🙏🏻🙏🏻....LOVE FROM INDIA 🇮🇳
Blueberries 🫐! One of my Beagles favorite snack. Chicken, of course, mixed in his food as a special treat. He won’t eat carrots 🥕 yet. He takes it out of his food or if given as a treat, he spits it out. 😊
Beagle Care has the Best Educational Videos for Beagles and So Perfectly Shot and So Romantic and So Cute ,Thank You and May God Bless You and Your Beagles 😍😍😍
My Auggie LOVES his "cronch" (carrots)! It's his most favorite treat in the world 🥰 We're about to start adding plain yogurt, salmon oil, bone broth and green beans (or maybe peas) to a mix with his Diamond Naturals kibble and some wet food as a once-a-day addition to his diet on the (original) advice of a friend and after getting our vets go ahead. I can't wait to see what he makes of it!
My beagle loves hallowed out cucumbers, she scratches the fridge when she wants one. She also loves American cheese slices and a lot of other items listed in the video.
Thank you for your videos on beagles. We got a pocket Beagle for Christmas. We have had problems with biting. Your video on human foods acceptable is most informative. I will certainly try these.
Thank you we love ❤️ this little girl we have named her Daisy. At 15 weeks she is almost potty trained. She sits next to me watching me cook. She runs outside & she takes off and it's a struggle getting her back inside. She is our joy.
I feed mine two times a day. One with dog food and another with meat (chicken, lamb, beef), some vegetables and sometimes we add an egg. She loves it and it’s good for her health.
my beagle was a month old , and he was scared of running up the stairs so one day , i got myself an egg , and sat on the stairs , literally my beagle just ran up to me lol but was scared of coming down the stairs lol
My beagle dog loves eggs, salmon carrots and chicken. Apples are a favorite of my beagle Kelli. She lives cooked fresh carrots. Make a second part. Lived this. Kelli's mom.
Our Beagle Maggie is a food nut , especially when we eat any meats beef, chicken, pork and she loves eggs and peanut butter. She'd eat till she blew up if you let her , another trait with Beagles .
The main way to responsibly support weight loss is to feed canned pumpkin, plain pumpkin mixed in with all other foods. It has few calories and adds significant bulk, reducing craving for food to fill their stomachs. And it's relatively cheap. Start by blending in a small amount and then increase it. Apples have sugar; pumpkin has less.
I do omelette with peas and chicken for Loki, once a month. Then he has apples, carrots or cucumber for his lunch. Loki loves peanut butter homemade. I also buy Greek Yoghurt and add things like apple, cinnamon etc then freeze it in an ice tray to make loki homemade icecream.
@@madhubantichaudhuri4062 my puppy is just 40 days old I'm giving oly cerlac and milk like semi liquid. What have u feeded ur dog once it was 40 days old
I'm getting a beagle pup soon and it's good to know that while 'don't feed them human food' is a good rule of thumb for safety, that there are some exceptions.
Thanks for the great information! We love our beagle, Dexter, and his favorites are carrots, apples and peanut butter. It's good to know of other "human" foods that are healthy for him.
That was a great A great video to watch and learn because I have a beagle named sunshine she’s three and she almost loves all those things carrots not too much but thank you for teaching me she’s the best I would give her up for all the tea in China
Had a beagle growing up... That rat bugger would eat everything in the house EXCEPT peas. If there were 6 on a full plate of food, there would be a pile of 6 peas off to one side at the end. Very neat pile, very deliberate.
Dogs sometimes have trouble digesting milk, so go easy on the ice cream. The sugar in the ice cream isn't very good for them either. Once in a while is fine.
I have tried carrots once in the past and he did not like them I don't know if it was that that got him sick or something else but he associated with the carrots and he will never eat another carrot again. I have not thought of yogurt and peas but he does like broccoli. And the only way I can get them to take his medication is to hide his medicine in peanut butter. But I have to make sure that there's no of the Xylitol in any of the other things that are bad for dogs. I'll have to see what else is in this video. So far I have enjoyed all the videos! I like Beagles a lot! We've had fritzy since a young dog as a rescue and he will be 14 years in February. He is a beagle mix he is beagle border collie Whip It and black lab. The strongest trait is beagle the second strongest trait is Border Collie. Very too independent smart thinking dogs.
Hey beagle care can u pls make a video about how to brush your beagles teeth please i wanna know how to brush their teeth and how to rinse them they might swallow the tooth paste but I rlly wanna know so can u make a video about that
Our Labby lived to 16 years old on a raw natural diet. Skinned chicken thighs were a staple along with other meats. She wasn't fond of carrots but loved apples, popcorn, eggs, and believe it or not sauerkraut. No doubt for the smaller breeds like beagles we would need to get a meat grinder and grind the chicken.
@@georgewilson1184 Actually just the opposite. Dogs who regularly eat grains (commercial dog food) are far worse than she ever was. She also had no doggy smell. Things like sauerkraut were just little bites on rare occasions as treats. Raw meat and bones were her primary diet. People often commented on how clean she smelled and the lack of gas.
My beagle loves green grapes, and when she has finished eating all the grapes she can reach on the vine, she eats the leaves as well. I know there not supposed to eat them but if I tie the branches up she just jumps up and swings on it till it comes down. She nearly 15 years old now so doesn’t do much jumping anymore 😹😹😹
Sounds like farmers dog food can always come in handy for feeding them at anytime and they will always enjoy the mix meal as well and they like milk bones as well and we say dog cookies to our dog he will run to the kitchen waiting for them
My Beagle (Benny) loves boiled Chicken breast and the broth that the chicken makes. I also give him either white or brown rice. He eats it up like it's his last meal for a very long time 🤣🤣🤣.
Beef knuckle bones are wonderful. The beagle will repeatedly spend a lot of time with the bone. Knuckles are covered in collagen. Boiled is even better, low risk of lip scrapes from the bone. Truly the best. Again, knuckle bones, nothing else. Some pet stores sell frozen beef knuckle bones, and they are cheaper than at the butcher. You may be competing with your dog. Beagles love to chew. This is an excellent option. Dog will rarely grow bored. They're hardwired for bones loaded with meat and
Lol how does he eat so slow? Our nala, 2 yr old beagle scarfs everything and anything at any moment. We say it's the game of now you see it, now you don't
Wayne’s dry dog food best nutritionally balanced And for puppies Wayne’s puppy O’s and 2 or 3 times a week cooked ground hamburger & rice And give them bones all the time to Gnaw on
My beagle/bassett gets most of the foods mentioned added as a bonus and his coat is beautiful. He is healthy and happy. His main diet is raw meat. He LOVES salmon and eggs. His diet looks something like this: Chicken Beef Pork Salmon Tuna Eggs Chicken 80% muscle 10% organ 10% raw bone He doesn't seem to understand carrots though. He burries them. lol His name is Elvis cause he ain't nothing but a hound dog. See profile pic.
OMG my beagle's name is also groot! Bet you're also a guardians of the glaxy fan. 😊 Btw I'm new to your channel and I love all your beagle videos! They are so informative. Thank you!
'Blu' LOVES her eggs, but I have Never given her veges (peas and carrots) [Forrest Gump line] Thanks for sharing, and Yes, chicken is good for beagles, especially if stomachs are upset, but how 'bout rice??
my pocket beagle loves sooooooo much human food.....green apples,,eggs,,any kind of meat plus chicken...loves milk...yogurt..nuts..cheese...hot dogs...................
*Please do make a video on Homemade food for beagles . I give my pooch homemade breakfast ( whatever is made in house for breakfast + an Egg ) , Lunch ( Dog food ) , And Dinner ( Rice + Curd ) . Is is okay for my pooch ?? . He is About 4 months .*
Hunter is my 8 year old beagle. He turns his nose at any fruit or vegetable. Sometimes I can get him to eat watermelon. And bad things happen if I feed him too much fat, which often accompanies proteins, like steak, ground beef or chicken. To minimize the issue I give him Basic Instinct raw boost with sweet potatoes , pumpkin, chicory root, and probiotics. It looks like orange mini marshmallows. Works great for him.
I'm from India for my beagles diet ï give chicken/fish/processed soyabean+beans+carrots+sweetpotato/green papaya. What is your suggestion about my food mix. This is given with wheat tortillas or cooked rice. Plz advice if ï should continue.
