I know there are bunch of bm bands from Norway. I actively listen to at least 30 (not to mention about how many i know about). So it was hard to pick just 10 of them. There are some mistakes and songs are not 100% correct.. as usuall
I hope you won't be mad if i didn't put your fav band. Other videos are yet to come!

To all the people saying he is out of tempo.. He is actually ading crash cymbal on different places which accents the wrong part. That sounds strange but he if you actually use your ears instead of bsing you would see that he is actually in tempo.

He plays most things okay, but he really is out of tempo in some tracks (Tsjuder, Taake, Ulver ...). It's not bsing, you can hear how he speeds up from time to time. Not meaning to criticise much, though. It's a great video.

ObeyYourMaster123 Yes, agree with you. The problem is the playback: in live music all this bands working with very good drummers. I heard MAYHEM and IMMORTAL on the stage - too hard play them without Hellhammer, Faust, Frost... Actually I dont like covers, and allways working with my own stuff. Cover must be or same, or better. If NOT - nothing done finally. Well, so how he can play riffs with so crappy guitar and without real feeling?

Sablast, you have shown us a good piece of work. It does not matter what some guys say (you are out of tempo, you should practice more and so on). You must have worked hard to learn those songs and thus you get a very big one thumb up for your work from me. And forget negative comments, there are people who can only criticise, they are not able anything but this. Be contemptuous to them and do not let stop your pure black metal way!!!

Good vid...Didnt expect to see Enslaved on here,especially the riff from the Watcher. I personally would have picked the main riff from Ridicule Swarm,off Below the Lights. Got to hear some riffs from bands I heard of but never heard their songs,gotta check out Tsjuder...hails from Florida

Lyrically, what I write is extremely dark, depressing, and mostly about suicide and death. My problem is coming up with riffs and choosing what style of black metal to use for them. There are a lot of different ways to write black metal and there are a lot of different types but what should I use? Slow? Fast? Clean? Distorted?
