I did it back when it released. It wasn’t hard. Maybe a little a long, but it didn’t bother me. Just thought it was part of the game like most grinds. Didn’t need a loot box or anything. I don’t see why people whine so much

TBH, ALL deluxe/pre-order items should be available to everyone in-game after a certain point. not everyone can afford or have the time to get every game new at launch, among other circumstances, so its only fair to let them get those things later on. I mean, think about it, you are already paying a premium price for the privilege of playing a game at launch and everyone accepts that. I don't hear people complain because the game they paid $60 for a year ago can be gotten at wal-mart for $5 on black friday.

I play WoW and some items cannot be obtained outside the store, but TBF those items are also doing nothing extra that an game item already does. But TBH I couldn't care less if those fancy mounts and pets could be obtained in game also after a certain time period because by the time I have used and am done with using a fancy store mount, it's lost its pizzaz and it no longer has the rarity about it.

This is where having a friend who gives you free plat or just straight up buys ya stuff comes in handy XD but I will say Frames I grinded for have alot more joy to them. Maybe sometimes the grind makes it more worth it in the end cuz you can say "I grinded for that"

For me it took longer to build Equinox than it did to farm her by a long shot.

I farmed 5 equinoxes, each equipped with 4 forma and eidolon lens for all 5 different focus schools to farm on adaro, while it did take me a full week to complete, it wasn't that bad considering i had music, videos and anime playing on my 2nd screen

It's possible to do 2 heist an hour solo so you could make over 2 million an hour.

I honestly never understood why people were mad about it. From what I recall, once you got to that point the game asks you to either take or defend every fort. Defending them was hard, but all failing did was replace the mission with a new mission to retake it. and taking the fort was a cake walk to do solo and you could enslave all the high level enemies that were defending it, and the mission for that region would be done at that point. Was it repetitive? Yes. Did it force you to grind or buy legendary orcs? not really.

Its natural for people to lie about their greed that they thought they could get away with. Many people would do some mess up things to get what they want (not need) if they there's a chance to get away with it.

@@Flascoexp I am aware of the nature of greed. I also definitely understand a company has to turn a profit. Lastly, I know people will avoid accountability at all cost. While I realize most gamers will continue to support companies as long as they produce content they like, a few will stop buying from that company. Not enough for it to matter, not yet at least. Although the increasing money grabs by EA are likely a desperate attempt to make up profit losses from alienating gamers. The funny thing here is, their money grabs alienate even more and its only a short term solution.

Genshin Impact absolutely should have made it onto this list with their incredibly greedy gatcha system. You are constantly starved for free premium currency through a slow drip feed of quests that will only give you 10 draws at most per update (usually a quest line to advertise and tease you with the new high quality hero), and fickle events that often demand you have specific heroes for a boost to scores towards the top prizes of premium currency which give you maybe 20 draws at most. And then there's the spiral abyss weekly challenge arena that demands you have specific team compositions and multiple teams of 4 characters to divide and conquer with the best items to stand a chance against cruel odds of overly buffed competition, for maybe 100 draws at most if you can manage to afford to outfit 8+ characters with the best weapons (drawn from the gatcha) and equipment (looted from a dungeon with poor odds of getting good stats using a stamina system that can only be refilled with 24hours time, event items, or spending more premium currency). There's also the daily and weekly challenge system that doesn't unlock its true premium currency rewards until you buy an access pass with straight real life currency. Your chances of getting a high quality hero are as low as 1 in 100 draws and they only guarantee you a high quality hero after the 100th draw (if the event allows that pity) from a pool of several high quality heroes you may have no interest in and then reset that 1% chance. If you want a guaranteed high quality hero and can't spend the time fruitlessly grinding the advertisements or don't possess the power to overcome the challenges, buying 100 draws costs over 100$ and you still aren't guaranteed what you want. This is extra scummy because of the character upgrade system which demands you draw the same character up to 6 additional times to unlock their true potential through passive abilities, so if you want a character at their full potential before access to drawing them at 1% is locked away for who knows how long behind the general draws pool of 1% divided by all high quality heroes, you will spend at least 600$ just using premium currency with god-tier luck on the 1% pity return. I'm not even mentioning their focus on pushing out more high quality characters and advertisements to bleed you of all your time and/or money while legitimate content of new areas to explore or main story content that isn't trying to force all these suspiciously absent characters into the world goes at a glacial pace. I'm no mathemagician unlike plenty of members of the community that figured this stuff out, and your results may vary on how 1% will treat you for smooth and satisfying gameplay, but I quit playing this game after I got a firm grasp how money hungry and cruel the game can be when you decide you want more than mediocre characters and equipment to avoid suffering the balance against free premium currency and free/unfortunate players.

@@zoorenard1101 the Kosatka is 2.2m at base but you can get other upgrades for it that total to over 9 million. First upgrade I suggest is the sparrow. Really helps getting around collecting heist preps

I had 200mil before that heist came out. GTA is very grindy at first but after a while of getting your businesses set up it is easy just don't waste all your hard earned money.

Depends when your lucky sure but the average clear time to get a chance on khora (specially if you need on part of the C rotation ) is much longer compared to harrow since you can speed it up with a dedicated group and skill in the missions but not in Sanctuary onslaught, it always takes 20 minutes for the c rotation to hit and you have 2 parts on that rotation. So yeah my friend gave up after 130 tries wich equals to 2600 minutes if it weren't as mundane and pointless of a farm it would be fine but yeah it's really tedious compared to the other frames

It's a shame that it's so full of Grind Bots. I would normally play on some of the lesser populated servers so I could have a chance to farm for resources and even all the good recourse spots are filled with Bots that still make it a challenge to farm resources.

Harrow and Nidus were easy as hell, most people got Nidus within some three missions of Salvage. People like complaining about Harrow but Kuva Spy is generous with the drop rate. Grendel is not even a real grind considering his parts are guaranteed and the missions can be shared, Protea's grind took ~4 minutes per drop - a single 8 zone run of SO takes about 40 minutes. Khora was by far the worst, even worse than Saryn post-Rathuum or Mesa.

@@Vedlom you must have some mad RNG. khora took me 7 runs of active farming 8 waves each nidus I never bothered did 48 runs then quit harrow never bothered with the last piece protea took me 17 runs in total to get all parts which isnt too bad but harrow and nidus are awful

Honestly I don't think I had any trouble with any of those frames. What's killing me is Vauban Prime. Not getting the parts mind you, just getting the resources to make the damn thing...7k oxium and 17 nitain? Fam....

@@benfluhr887 there is a calculation in a Reddit I found somewhere to figure out the golden eagles to cash ratio to see how much you need to spend from scratch to reach a certain plane. I think from new player to F4 is several hundred dollars. Close to $1000 or maybe more.

Eh , shes not even the worst grind . Harrow farm anyone ? One of the part locked behind literal DAYS of doing escort missions. Then there is Ivara , Trinity , Grendel . Warframe is a huge grind in general.Lets not mention any of the open world frames.Leveling a new sindicate for a month just to get that one Item(or 3) you will actually use in other locations

I know right? And Equinox, too? Bro, even when I was new with a NYX, Regor was a 7-12 minute level TOPS! (Now it's sub -3mins). Sure, you might have to fight him around 30 times if you're unlucky like I was when farming for the helminth system years later, that's like 6 hours. That's NOTHING compared to some BS I see in other online service games, especially in Genshin Impact. HELL, it's not even the worst thing to farm for in Warframe itself! Nidus also has a really grindy mode with awkwardly low drop rates that can take a whole day. Mesa is super locked behind Invasion keys and waiting for refreshes daily. Octavia has one part sometime drop on a Derelict Survival Mission And Harrow..... boy... Man literally forces players to farm the WORST Game Mode Ever Added To Warframe! If you really think Equinox and Khora are bad, dude you barely broke 100 hours. 6 hours? HA! I wish I could get any character in Genshin in 6 F#%king hours!

Yeah… I’ve played a crapload of games in my life, but I’ve only succumbed to micro transactions one time in all of that gaming myself... It was to get like 3 new cool skins in Uncharted 4, because I was sick of looking at my character in his same old stuff when playing multiplayer every day. Next to World of Warcraft, that game got the second most amount of time I’ve ever put into a game… I had soooo much fun with multiplayer for years, so I don’t feel bad at all for giving Naughty Dog just a few more bucks to say thanks for making an awesome multiplayer! There really was a _TON_ of things to unlock/earn in multiplayer (much of it you could buy with real money if you wanted), but I earned every single last thing, outside of those three skins I bought when they first came out. It took me eons to do, but it was satisfying to 100% multiplayer in that way since no one else I knew had done so (unfortunately, there wasn’t a trophy for getting everything, so it was just for completionist personal satisfaction lol).

Ex: In gtao you can be a new player and at rank 5 buy a shark card to become a “ceo”or a “motorcycle gang leader”or be able to rob a casino or a island or own the most expensive property/cars. You don’t need to put in any effort, there’s no special game mechanics or exp, no street cred nothing, but you could be in a position of power or wealthy. They did that because you can’t sell exp or nothing like that, but you can sell in game currency and allow that to be the only road block to getting what you want. That applies to all games with mtx. They’re so shallow and not fun in the long term because they don’t serve any challenge or complexity they’re purely time comsuming

Just pay money to rent a boyfriend/girlfriend then you dont have to deal with relationship issues,cheating etc. Trying to figure out how to make friends? Just pay them to be your friend etc

same, trying to get the mutagen is/was a nightmare for my small clan and we still have decent amount of those to get. Was nice to at least see equinox get mentioned though i feel her grind is a lot more taxing or not as rewarding. At least with Sanctuary onslaught you could farm focus and get that done as you were doing it. Tyl Regor was just an annoying bossfight with minimal other rewards

Since they moved trinity she is also is a huge pain to farm :/ But as a long time player I think vauban prime was pretty bad when he came out too especially before they reduced the resource cost but yeah normal frame wise khora harrow and trinity are king, when your unlucky at least

The most expensive skin in CS:GO is one they literally cannot sell anymore because it was plagiarized and the copyright holder refuses to allow them to make more so that won’t work.
