in my opinion the best thing to do after beating a game is exploiting glitches. Since the game is already beaten, it doesnt really effect the progression, so they are just stupidly fun to screw around with without any worry of messing up the gameplay experience.
I'm hoping Crimson Desert will be the game I hoped Dragon's Dogma would be. Granted they still have time for actual DLC/expansions for DD2. Plus, I am very excited for this being primarily single-player versus an MMO
The only reason why you'd sell your game studio is to appease your investors over the short term. If your an investor interested only in short term gains you're an idiot. DO NOT sell to protect your IP, job, and your employees jobs!
I'm fed up of people moaning about it now yeh fair enough the game needs improvements but the game is still a good game that's fun and it had big potential but people now a days are so quick to judge and impatient and tbh the gaming community alone has got worse the whole community is so toxic its unreal you call this game bad look how bad fifa has been the past 5 years especially this years fifa people moan about having to pay for everything so we finally get a game where we get every character free through playing the game and people still main because they have to do abit of grinding boo hoo so what the whole point of gaming is to grind you don't come on your console to play for 20 mins a day or a week you play for a few hours if you don't like grinding then you have never played a good game in your life because goo games have grind especially gta5 for example you have to grin to become rich if you don't wanna buy the money with real money for everyone moaning about having to grind for joker I'd rather flgrjnd for a character I'm getting for free yes for free then pay £10for each character they bring out its a pure fact you do anything for something you want for free then pay real money
Saying Starfield has New Game+ is such a joke. It's the worse NG+ concept I've ever seen. Not worth your time at all. Four times through and barley any differences. The game was a joke and complacency is killing the industry, and this isn't even that, this is y'all just praising mediocracy.
Glad to of been born during the gamecube and 360 era, when new IPs and game dev teams werent all controlled by money hungry suits that never played video games before
The problem is Microsoft isn't a gaming company and most of you fans blurred that line so bad that you got yourself here. No one was bringing up all this time that Xbox is a round up error for Microsoft. I don't understand buying into a low grade product and stand by it, I'll never understand depriving myself from a high quality product such as Nintendo and Sony. You like crap s*** and that's okay but you can't compare a crap product to a high head quality product. Xbox had it's glory days and it's over. You guys need to stop cheating yourselves and start treating yourselves. Just baffling you guys don't like high end products (Sony/Nintendo) This is Microsoft Gaming now bc the past 11 years, that clearly wasn't the Xbox brand. The real Xbox brand was the OG Xbox and the 360, those are high end Xbox products, not this crap s*** the past 11 years. But go head blow your money on ... s***. Your money, not mine...
Obsidians Veteran mode reminds me of the extra speech checks you can choose in Fallout depending on what perks you choose to add or level up. Ie the perks like Black Widow/Lady Killer, Cherchez La Femme/Confirmed Bachelor, Terrifying Presence. Great studio, quality content. Bethesda take note and do something original please. Its like they burnt all the good stuff from before, rode the coattails and somehow got a TV deal out of Obsidians hard work 3 titles later 🤦 Todd Howard doesnt deserve what reputation he has imo
Microsoft is the definitive vulture capitalist of the video game industry. They don’t give af about the video game industry and could care less if it continues to devolve
Everyone is looking at this from a studio to studio view, microsift is looking at it wholistically. Theres a term in development called bloat, basically the smaller the team the faster individual items can be made, the bigger the team the longer it takes. As a quick example, say i need to write 1 line of code. On a small team that 1 line of code could be written and shipped in a day. On a bigger team it might take a week, on a huge team it might be a month. This is true whether youre talking about game development or any other kind, and the reason boils down to quality control. When its a small team, i can write that code today, send it to my boss to approve tomorrow, lined up and qa'd same day. As you increase the number of people working on individual items, you add the number of things on the list that have to be gone through, then they have to be prioritized and tested against everything else. What this means is smaller teams working on individual projects are more efficient and better than bigger teams. What i think youre going to see is a shake up next internally as they remove layers, and then you might see some consolidation, and finally ips being handed out to studios they didnt originally belong too. I.E. maybe obsidian starts working fallout 5 now versus bethesda doing it in 5 years
When you say Exploration games, then I really expect to see games where that is the focus and not the usual hack n slash "the main point is fighting"-games. So that was not a helpful video this time around.
To be honest Judas doesn't look so unique it looks so much like the previous Bioshock games I'd believe it it it was an expansion of one of those games.
