I think we are more than a thousand years away till robots become advanced like Ultron or even forever because it probably cant get the same conscious as a human or become same as a human
Jhin a blooming Flower no we aren’t gonna take 1000 years. AI technology has advanced rapidly, there will be many more breakthroughs robots are predicted to be *SMARTER THAN* humans around 2045. And Ultron was a pretty lame robot he was a good idea but avengers nerfed his intelligence by 99999 trillion times because in the movie ultron wouldn’t state his intention the the avengers in real life because that’s dumb, if a robot really wanted to wipe out human life he would plan so that they would die instantly no one would predict what happened. He would pretend to help people with his impressive intelligence, but after he set up his way to kill all humans in less than a second he would go through with 99999% chance of success.
Ive accidentally tried turning down the volume on the radio in the car while the wife as yammering on about something stupid only to realize that the radio wasn't actually on, and the noise wasnt going away.
If you've ever worked in the government, you would realize that this isn't true. The NATO countries don't possess these capabilities yet, they aren't profitable or achievable for a few more decades to replace humans. People often exaggerate what the military actually has.
Those Atlas 'bots are pretty amazing. Speed" agility and balance to take on a obstacles course. Pretty cool how, when walking down the snowy bank, we see it almost slip but corrected itself fast. Personally I find the atlas robots the most impressive of all these (really, they're all pretty darn impressive).
That'll be the day keeping it real goes wrong for the robot. You're now reprogram to perform toilet cleaning duty and software downgraded to the current level of a Nokia smart phone
How come all these videos I'm seeing of all these technologies are so expensive and only mostly available for the supper rich and not hardly seem available for the normal low income families?? Like do we not deserve this new tech just the same???
Holy moly. Detroit: Become Human predicted that we'll have millions of functional, interactive androids by 2038. My first thought was something along the lines of, "Only 20 years?! That's BS." Atlas & Jia Jia beat that notion to a pulp. I'd even say we're only one or two random nerds in their mothers' garages away from that, which is both awesome and terrifying.
the secret is: there were androids before biologicals and an android by me in space is biological and anything in heaven is not alien OR 'not of this world' for the world is of it and of me, iam the creator. as were giants and giant mech people of space also and the planetary bodies that are as a star, yet have geometrical shapes to them or in them or even as a 2D language may appear 3D or multiple Dimensional with unlimited number and frequency.
"Age of heightened technology" - I don't get it. Every generation lives in age of heightened technology, because there is constant progress in developing technology. So this is obvious.
We are lucky to see this development in our lifetimes. It is a bit like the beginning of the 20th century when life changing technology such as radios, phones, planes, helicopters and cars were still being fully developed. Now at the beginning of the 21st century we are seeing the develpment of robots, artificial intelligence, smart cars and drone technology, as well as smartglasses.
@@extraextra8021 no she must be upgraded made better she's a little ugly but that's due to are design so far we can better her and then she can better us robots can help us go farther then ever before
Think my fellow sapiens. Remember when we used typewriters? That's what we're looking at here in this early generation of robotics, vision technology and artificial intelligence. RVAI.
@Kay Kay Hey KK, it's the dude who originally made the comment about the cooking robot here, LOL! Just to clear things up, first of all, I was basically making it joke because a robot, being technically an inanimate object (that wasn't born as a man or a woman) is essentially an, "it." Second of all, although I felt you may have been a little angry about the subject or what have you (everybody has their own opinion - even those who subscribe to the "gender-neutral" deal) I actually tend to lean toward agreeing with your viewpoint! Okay, on with the show - have an awesome 2019!
If THEY WOULD come off TELSA electrical grind WE ALL WOULD be living BETTER THE EARTH would be BETTER unfortunately THEY ARE THE opposite of GOOD PEOPLE
Nope. Too expensive, too dumb, too primitive, even in a decade they will still not be up to human soldier tasks. You might see those bomb defusal robots with arms that are controlled entirely by an operator used a bit more often but combat units that will autonomously fight in firefights? No. Just no. Not while things like drones are still around, way more efective, no one gives a fuck about unnecessary casualties.
That light bald guy with Sophia is the great Steaven Merchant of Logan fame, just in case u didn't Kno...helluva writer,he just cut ALL his hair thats all.
I'll tell you what's cooler then that I think machines are over rated. Did you know horseradish root can purify water and soil 100% and is more effective then chemicals, as well as, against industrial waste. Horseradish can be used 30 times before it loses its effectiveness in water purification. Go learn how great nature is and how much food full of nutrients is sitting out in your yard what we call pesky "weeds". Lol
It's also not just horseradish its pretty much the majority of what you're blind mind would consider ”WEEDS” are edible and have many practical uses. Far more efficient than what any machines can do or produce. People like you have no clue about independence and would die without your technology.
soon robot taking over human job.. later human is jobless cz robot only needs bateri to stay alive.. but human needs food to survive... sure one day human is jobless....
I been using voice mate in 2002-2007 on windows 98, I turned it on last year and it was doing some strange things. it seem to even be listening to my mouse click and heart beats.
Yes, as their robot needed to be shot into space, survive (mostly) autonomously in an environment inhospitable to life (as we know it), and basically be an entire mobile science/research lab. Realize that if the other robots in this video break down, they can be repaired fairly efficiently. NASA would have to send either a replacement or an entire mission just to fix this one. It had to be way over-engineered and robust to standards that we don't have to deal with on this planet. But sure, big government spending... I'd rather have Curiosity than the F-35 ($1.5+ trillion).
We should not be afraid of robots because we are not the first races. In Europe, we are not the first humanoid race. The robot is also part of the world race. I thought of a couple of comments regarding this subject. First, we are seeing a growing number of robot enthusiasts. Second, the robot, if not a race, at least an economic race. What is it, why not? This would be a great exercise for those who have not studied the world's best sellers, which have been covered over a few years. I have seen some interesting things online of what they would like to see and see what they would like to see if we want the world to move forward. I think everyone should take part if no one else will because it means the world as a whole can be put together. One of the comments I saw mentioned we would be a robot society. What makes the robot different from an automaton is its ability to think. It has human features, it has personality traits and we live and think in a way it is not capable of. Some have pointed out that robots are smarter than ourselves and are able to think.
Do you think that some Day a robot replacent to human being? (in all his functions.?) I think for the moment no, but this is the tendence. What do you think?
there are at least 5 movies showing us why building robots with feelings are a bad idé. 2018: Let's build a robot with feelings 2019: We got robots with feelings.
The robot chef is cool, but cleaning it from splashing grease could be a hassle, but worth the trade off. If it could get u off, u wouldn't need a wife. Lmao jkg. 🤣

JIA JIA looks and like a corpse. Well done and true to form, engineers and scientists that, "do not know what should be done and what should not be done." "I speak to you as a warner and I warn against the ways of evil men. They are selfish men unheedful of the good of others, the good which includes them. Their thoughts do not extend beyond themselves and their own, they seek to isolate themselves from mankind when the good of mankind is an issue. They do not know what should be done and what should not be done, they do not understand the nature of good conduct and the path of Truth. They say, Mankind has no need of goodness, it has no moral foundation. There is no way of knowing Truth, there is no Supreme Spirit, no Creating God. All creation is the result of chance, and lust is the only cause of birth. The only purpose of life is an earthly one, we begin and end in the dust". Set in the ways of this belief, these unconscious soulspirits dutifully serve the cause of evil, working, though they know not, for the destruction of mankind. They taint their soulspirits with unrestricted desires and stain them with uncontrolled urges. Full of arrogance and deceit they ride, rough-shod, over the spiritual inclinations of others and hold fast to their own dark belief. Their destructive work is carried on in the name of progress." - The Kolbrin, Wisdom of the Ages, The Book of the Silver Bough once known as The Book of Sacred Scripts, Chapter Six, The Teachings of Elidor 5.
