find a colour scheme you like, and a room style you like as well, then stick to it and find some decorations to fit it. i recommend searching on things like pinterest for inspiration, can help you find what kind of room you like. i had the same problem as you a couple months ago, had this weird bulletin board type of thing on my wall and it was ugly, finally decided to get rid off it and replaced it with an IKEA KALLAX shelf in black, room looks so much better, i've got shoes and soccer trophies and signed memorabilia displayed now. one thing i will suggest is to have a plant or two, whether real or fake, makes the room look a lot nicer and slightly cleaner, especially if you've got white walls. lighting is also important and should be taken into consideration. personally i found that IKEA room setups were great inspiration, so have a look at those if you want as well.

Unfortunately I'm also allergic to cologne but when I do wear it I wear very little of it .I do have a shower every single day sometimes twice a day so I'm not really worried about smelling bad and I do use body shower gels and deodorant always.

Ok so here’s what you should do. 1 wear moisturizer, the kind you put on in the shower, it makes your skin smell really nice, also don’t wash it ALL the way off. Also wear scented women’s hair oil. Women’s stuff smells nicer, and most people won’t tell the different.
no way theyre fragrance free, thats ridiculous. nice smelling deodorant is definitely the right way to go, and i would personally go with a natural one, but whatever you prefer. nice smelling shampoo is also a great idea, will make you smell much cleaner and fresher.

Don’t use whitening strips, they’re horrible for your teeth sensitive or not, just brush daily and throughly as well as floss. You can even use a whitening toothpaste but use a gosh darn fluoride one, and even a mouthwash with xylitol.

Did you say whitening strips daily? Talk to your dentist perhaps. Most would recommend against daily use as they can damage the enamel. New research suggests too the hydrogen peroxide ones can also damage your dentin. You can still have white teeth with using them in moderation. Super white teeth today vs screwed up teeth down the road? Nah.
I use none of this and i haven’t been to the doctor or dentist in over 5 years. Trust me this is not the way and there are many natural remedies that are much more healthy and effective.
