This video is GOLD! Every single recipe is AMAZING! ( and btw I love the way you edit and make all your videos -- music, simplicity, and how organized and tidy you are 🤍)
definitely will make your chocolate silk pie for Thanksgiving- it looks like my hubby would love that. And that slow cooker mocha cake looks like to die for! You are one of my favorite YT channels that make my keto journey much easier. Oh, and I LOVE your presentation too.
@@RuledMe I just tried the roll cake! I don't know what I did wrong but my batter wasn't dry or hard like yours that I could spread with my hands, it came out like a cake batter even without adding that extra milk, just the base ingredients. It was fully baked at 10 minutes but when I tried to roll it, it kept breaking 😭 please help me I really want to try again. Taste wise, its pretty good, I might blend my almond flour more because the cake is a bit gritty.
@@ChocolateMonkeh You can usually run the almond flour through a sieve to help with the grittiness, but some might be coming from the erythritol. You can use powdered erythritol as well (running it through a small blender or spice grinder will powder it). When you have your dough mixed, let it sit for a few minutes and it should thicken up some. When rolling it, make sure you're rolling it warm and not cold. If it's too cool, it will usually break. Hope it works out better the 2nd time!
I finally found time to try the Avocado brownies! Mmmhhhh!!! So so good!! I mixed the concoction longer because I prefer a cakey texture over a denser texture. They were just perfect and so easy and quick!! Thanks so much for sharing!!
This is fantastic!!! Thank you!! The hardest part of keto for me is my sweet tooth! You’ve helped me in ways you won’t know! Thank you for your time and these great recipes!!
I have one word for you: YUMMMYYYY!!! :) Your recipes are always amazing and straight to the point!! Many things to try out for sure! Thanks for all your work and dedication!
I have several cookbooks, but they are e-book format. Not many people purchase them so I stopped publishing them and just put the recipes out for free on my website/RU-vid channel instead.
Glad you liked them! You can definitely adjust the sweetener to your own tastes next time. It might be worth (if you have it) adding some liquid stevia instead of more granulated sweetener as it might make the brownies a bit gritty if you add more granulated sweetener.
It sounds like you'd like this recipe: www.ruled.me/almond-roll-with-pumpkin-cream-cheese-filling/ But we have lots of pumpkin recipes you can check out here: ruled.me/?s=pumpkin
I hope you enjoy them! We do have several cookbooks on www.ketocookbooks.com but these were created several years ago. We mainly focus all of our energy on our meal planning app now, which has over 1500 recipes in it and will scale all of the recipes to fit your specific set of macros. You can see more here: app.ruled.me/

You could probably do something like this: www.ruled.me/keto-chocolate-covered-macaroons/ And then use some vegan egg replacement instead of the egg white. Then add some cocoa powder to it :)
Depends which recipe and which type of stevia you are using. Most stevia is super concentrated in liquid form so you will be missing the bulking element a granulated sweetener would bring.
Glad to hear you like the look of them! We try to add drop shadow behind the text to make it easier to read on lighter backgrounds. If you're having trouble, though, and want to make the recipe I'd recommend going to the written version of the recipe on the website. The links to all of them are in the description of the video 😄
Everything looks amazing, worth trying.... but in reality tastes awful for me. I really apologize to the author and funs, for being so honest and still think that it's a matter of culture and food habits since I am from eastern Europe. Or maybe we don't have high quality ingredients. Anyway, thanks a lot for the recipes worth trying.
I'm not sure about quality of ingredients there but it could definitely be a cultural difference in the tastes of food. Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy any of them (if you did get a chance to try them).
Am I the only one insulted by the "sugar" advert? I know the channel does not control what YT puts up, but how stupid do they think we are? Yeah sure, we are just going back to sugar because of their "feel good" BS! Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled program.
I wish I had a bit more control about what shows up and what doesn't, but the ads do help fund the content on this channel so I unfortunately can't turn them off :(
@@RuledMe yes, I know. It's just so obvious they target healthy channels. I value your content the most of all that present food preparation. So well done and not chocked full of hard to get expensive ingredients too. Everything I've tried is delicious!
I wish you would make individual videos for each of these. This video is too long and off-putting to some of us. We love your recipes, but would rather have shorter videos for individual recipes. Thanks! ❤ 💙 💜
Also can find the written recipes on the website. btw, every YT video has a little arrow to the right of the video name. If you click on that, you get the description of the video and usually links to the website, products, etc. A lot of helpful info!
