I was looking for a comment like this. To be honest, i really dont understand, why cant they pick at least similar sound to real one, if they cant make one, it makes me feel like some modders are deaf or have problems with hearing... thank god we can change sounds in content manager and change it to better sound.
I noticed the same. I really dont understand how modders manage to screw up something so simple as the sound. I dont get why you'd put all this time into making a mod, then just completely goof up such a simple thing... and there are dozens of 4cyl turbo sounds they could use lol! Oh well at least its an easy enough fix in content manager. The gillet vertigo Is also so close to being perfect but they messed up the smoothing groups on the 3d model for the wing, so it looks shaded wrong. I wish I knew how to get an AC car mod file into 3ds max and export back as a kn5, I would gladly fix it. It's literally like a 10 second fix.
Thanks for the upload! Man the F302 cars are so frustrating. Most of the times the models look fantastic! And they usually add cars that we desperately need in assetto corsa. They are so close to being great... But it feels like half the time the physics are just not right at all. I understand physics is one of the hardest aspects to get right in AC modding, but man I'd honestly prefer if they just copy pasted physics over from some car that actually felt good to drive. At least this courage isnt nearly as bad as their lotus elise gt1 car, that thing drives like it has a broken steering rack. But something about this car still feels off, especially at low speeds. Like its both simultaneously understeering and oversteering.
Thanks for the great content. You seriously need to do an install guide for reshade now available free for Assetto Corsa. It takes this game to a whole new level visually over top of SOL & PURE. A few have done some videos on it, and it'll keep me coming back to AC for the forseeable future! Keep it up!
Just you thinking the Enzo is one of the most beautiful cars ever deserves an unsub. Supra 'done really well' just as there's a tiny flame coming from the huge exhaust..
@@robertreynolds930 You know I am seriously considering publishing something like that. I've already begun rating and commenting on cars in CM. A lot of cars are really lackluster in braking, steering, grip levels and sounds. Sometimes all at once. But some cars are quite good. I've got some video's lined up in watch later that explain how to make windscreen wipers work for example as some really good cars don't have that yet. I feel there's a little too many shitty mods and some of them are even curated by communities. The 900+ hp R34 skyline from Shutoko Revival literally locks it's brakes up the moment you look at them funny.. very inconsistent cars. I haven't found an F50 that even sounds good but a lot of Porsches that sound great.
