Good morning everyone! I just wanted to let you know I won’t be here to chat for a bit this morning… I’m taking my sweet pup in for knee surgery this morning. I’ll join you in a bit! xo -a. **UPDATE** I just heard from the surgeon, she said it all went well and she'll be coming home tomorrow! She had a full rupture of her CCL (our ACL) plus a meniscus tear & hasn't been able to put any weight on her leg for about a month. Recovery will be about 2-3 months so wish us luck!! She's 70 lbs & should have full use of the leg for running/swimming after she's all healed!! 💜 Thank you all for all the messages this morning!

I agree 100% about tretinoin however your 10 year improvement is not just a result of tretinoin. Not sure how microneedling wasn't mention in this vid. During the years I have tried almost everything to look younger, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight). However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for under 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm in my 20s again, but definitely not 58 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less prominent. People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin.

+1 for kora beauticaIs. I've been doing microneedling since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my 30's or early 40's. As you know, as we get old, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkles. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful. Your comment will help so many women to restore their skin..

Thank you Angie and Gabi, love you two!!! 👏🏻 ♥️ Agency and Haru Haru have changed my life! It was the classic fits and starts with tretinoin, but I had followed you for a while at this point and finally committed! I started in September of 2018 with Curology, (at the time) and the long process of seeing results was unsatisfying at first, but when a friend said the dark spot on my nose was gone I had to look in a mirror. It was definitely the tretinoin and the spots have been peeling or sloughing away since. 😃 And the quality of my skin has improved, the wrinkles aren’t as deep and my nasal folds are plumper therefore not as deep anymore. I’m not in Angie’s league… yet, 😉 but at 64 and a Cali beach goer all my life, I’m pretty happy with my skin!!! I’ve stopped using fillers and use Botox occasionally, but am hopeful that can be in my rear view mirror soon. And that sunscreen is my holy grail now, woohoo!!! I hope everything goes well with your sweet pup. 🩵

Oribe Gold Lust is unbelievable. I have coarse, colored, frizz prone hair. I bought the travel sizes to take with me on vacation. My hair was exposed to lots of sun, chlorine and salt water and it stayed soft and manageable using Oribe. Love it!

@@karenyingling67 My best advice is just to continue on your neck as you are or drop back a bit... the neck gets irritated so much easier than the face so be very careful with it and take time. I actually haven't been able to use tretinoin on my neck for a few years now because I went in too hard and my neck never got over the irritation. I use Retinaldehyde on my neck now 6 nights a week and I'm working in tretinoin 1 night a week. The retinaldehyde I like is Naturium 0.1% Gel Cream. Also, try Derma E Eczema Relief cream for keeping your neck calm!

Would love to see Angie step out of her box and let Gabi do a new hair style on Angie that is uplifting, like a cute updo or something. I think she would look so cute with her hair up or something uplifting to frame the face. Gabi does a great job with her client's hair styling, and she knows how to do styles to complement facial shapes. Long bangs around an oval facial shape tends to elongate the face and isn't as flattering as it can be. Would be a fun video.

@@COgirl394 She is absolutely beautiful, and yes, she can and does wear whatever style she likes. It was just a suggestion of something she can do with Gabi. People love makeovers, and Gabi does some really cute hair styles with her clients. This would be fun to see. It doesn't necessarily have to be a cut, maybe a cute updo! The trouble with text is that people take things wrong when reading because you can't see the person nor hear the tone of voice. I love Angie and would love to see something new, that's all.

Rimmel Stay Matte I think is still the best powder on the market without looking like traditional powder. L’Oréal True Match Lumi foundation and the super blendable powder is a fantastic foundation and powder for every age too.

Hello ladies! 💕💕 I am 67 and use these products: 1) I tried to start up with Agency but they only do texts and I do not use a cell phone. I HAVE gotten a prescription of Tretinoin.025% from my dermatologist and started using it again. The first prescription she gave me had hydrocortisone added and I didn’t care for it…making my skin peel all day long. 2) I have the Hair Max…and love it! It works!!!! Been using it for 9 months now and can see lots of new hair. 3) Sunscreen: I switch between Australian Gold, Paula’s Choice and tinted Elta MD spf 44 (bought several some time back) and they double as my foundation as my skin is in good shape. ☺ 4) Love Angie’s brush set and will splurge with a travel set sometime in the future. 😉 5) Love NYX matte finishing powder to take the shine down around my t-zone and under eyes. My skin care is following Angie’s morning and evening routines as that works for me. 💕💕

I have been using tretinoin since Angie recommended it quite a few years ago. It has been a game changer and I can’t thank Angie enough. I’m tempted to try the laser hair machine as I’ve started using minoxidil and a monthly supply in HK is quite expensive and my scalp itches. Hope your puppy has a speedy recovery.

I hear you on the Minoxidil! I can't use it more than 1-2 x a week because it can irritate my scalp and it makes my hair look so dirty (I only use Minoxidil the night before I shampoo). The combo of a little Minoxidil + Red light therapy have worked well for me!

I bought the Haru Haru Wonder sunscreen and absolutely love it. After application, it is clear, has a velvety feel and works beautifully under makeup. And it is not greasy! Best sunscreen I have tried and I have tried a bunch of them! (Not as many as Angie of course) Thanks Angie!

Oribe Gold Lust!! I absolutely love this product. I am 47 with some thinning hair near the temples. I have blonde, color treated hair. After shampoo 2x per week I blow dry and straighten. Oribe absolutely makes my hair softer, smoother, shiny, and less brittle. Also yes, that signature scent is wonderful! ❤

Angie, I get irritated by a lot of chemical sunscreens due to some of the outdated filters they use, but I can add two more new-generation ones to the Haruharu one. They are also Korean, super light and no irritation after having used them for more than a year. They are SKIN1004 - Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum and Beauty Of Joseon - Relief Sun : Rice + Probiotic. Both are very popular and affordable. I have to say I'm not going back to physical sunscreens, even the most comfortable ones are inferior to those I just mentioned lol. Hope you give them a try and find them as enjoyable to use as I do!

Yes, I second the SKIN1004 sunscreen. I’ve tried a lot of sunscreens, and this one I get no irritation. No problems around the eyes and it’s inexpensive.

I love Asian sunscreens, and I’ll never go back to using USA sunscreens! I’m currently using the Isintree Onion Newpair sunscreen. I really like it, except it’s a little too moisturizing for me. I can see that sunscreen working really really well for someone with super dry skin. I’ve tried almost every Asian sunscreen on the market 😆 Beauty of Joseon, and Haruharu, are probably my favorite two spfs, out of all of them 😊

Melissa55 has beautiful skin also using it. She’s never had any Botox, Filler, surgeries, lazers etc. I’m not against these procedures, but it can be deceiving when other things are helping besides Tretinoin. Angie’s knowlege is so helpful tho!!

I have tried the Oribe shampoo for silver hair. It does not have the same great scent that you talk about but it sure does make a difference. My sister in law had not seen me in a few months and commented right away on how good my hair looked.

I've been using tretinoin for years. I don't have visible wrinkles but yes lines around my eyes and forehead lines when I raise my eyebrows. I do get botox every 6 months or so because hey it helps with wrinkle prevention. Get regular beauty treatments as well!

I used retin A for 20 years and it thinned my skin so much that my skin on the tops of my cheeks would micro crack when I washed my face. I had to back down to Retinaldahyde. It works the same but gentler. I recently tried your NYX powder. I like it very much but still don’t like any powder under my eyes. All powders under my eyes makes my fine lines more visible.

The Oribe Gold Lust Repair is my all time favorite shampoo and conditioner. When I was working I didn’t mind spending the extra money but since I’ve retired the price has gone up ($72 at Sephora $66 on Amazon in Canada). It just seems ludicrous that a small bottle of shampoo can cost that much money. As good as it is it irks me that a company thinks its ingredients are that much superior to charge such a high price. Thanks for the tip on trying the Verb in it s place. I will give it a try. Also, i tired the Haru Haru sunscreen on your suggestion and it is really nice, especially under makeup. The Super Goop for me is a fail. I have very dry skin and wanted that glowy, dewy look however, it pills and is absolutely awful under any makeup. Elta and Paula’s Choice are two other ones that work really well for me…..again for dry, mature skin.

LOVE this video~ you two and others in the group have no idea how much you’ve helped me. I went from not knowing anything about skincare , sunscreen and makeup application to just wanting to know more and more. I had no idea how many layers were involved. First is skincare~ start there, get your skin to a healthy place then move on to sunscreen THEN makeup. Keep up the great work Gurus ✨We’ll keep watching and learning 🌺🌺

I started using Tretinoin in the 80's. I was living in England and back then you could buy it in their drug store without a prescription. I was 40, I'm now 78 and I'm very happy with my skin. It works!!!

I haven't tried any of the products, but I'm looking forward to it! I'm still not sure about the tretinoin because my skin barely tolerates retinol 2-3x/week as it is. For a long time, I've been wanting to try the Oribe shampoo, but I hesitate because of the cost. Now, I'll be able to try the Verb. Thank you!

This sounds similar to me, but I also have rosacea. I signed up with Curology over 4 years ago and told them about my concerns. They started me out at 0.009% Tretinoin. That's less than half the lowest strength of .025 that a dermatologist can prescribe through a pharmacy. I used it 1x a week on top of my moisturizer for 6 weeks. Then I did 2x a week, still on top of my moisturizer, for another 6 weeks. It took about 6 months of doing things gradually until I could finally use it about 6x a week on bare skin. After a while, I asked to have it raised. I gradually raised it so that 4 1/2 years later I've worked up to 0.050% which is where I'll stay. By the way, I've used retinols that almost burned my face off as well, but never had that with Tret, so I don't think it can always be compared. Not trying to talk you into using it, but just wanted to share my experience! Good luck to you with whatever you use! ❤

Almost 60, here, and I’m considering ordering the Agency line. People who comment on my skin/age can’t believe I’m 59 😊 I’ve stayed away from alcohol, sun, I stay hydrated and have made sure I never sleep in my makeup. I still have the occasional breakouts mainly on my chin, so I’m sure the Agency-line would help. ❤

Good morning. Definitely Tretinoin has been the most amazing product that truly helps with anti-aging. Almost 40 years of use for me. Angie, I can't thank you enough for such incredible sunscreen recommendations. I never go a day without SPF. The GA foundation is nice, but I'm just loving the About Face foundation. Good morning Rene! 40 years on tretinoin is amazing! + using sunscreen daily, I'll bet you have the best skin!! I have to try the About Face foundation ASAP! Not sure what you mean by micronutrients with red light therapy? But I don't think so... The way red light works is different wavelengths penetrate the skin to varying depths and increases ATP (energy) production, increases blood flow, and for hair it lengthens the growth phase! @AngieHotandFlashy I hate autocorrect. I typed microcurrents! Ugh. My skin is good, thankfully. Some sun spots, but that's what I get for frying out in the sun as a teen. The only thing I do is some Dysport around my crows feet and the 1 on my forehead. It lasts at least 5 months. Thanks for all of your wonderful information. ❤❤

I was on roaccutane for acne in my youth and it’s true, I think it’s the reason my skin is aging well at 60. I do use a BHA cleanser, topical retinol intermittently, stay well moisturized and hydrated and use my SPF daily. The Supergoop Glowscreen is great. I use it as a foundation on no makeup up, make up days. I’m going to try the L’Oréal True March Nude

I love the L’Oréal serum foundation. I Use to wear Clinique, but it looks terrible on me now. I tried multiple formulas and this one is the best. I hate the packaging, though. The opening is too small and taking the dropper in and out is a mess. I wish they would put it in a tube. First world problems, LOL. Also love Curology and Agency. Excellent products and customer service in my experience. I love that I can delay shipments. The products last longer than a month for me so I don’t need it so often. Also love Angie’s brushes!

I do. I wash my face, let it dry for about 15 mintes, apply it on my entire face including under my eyes and then slather myself with a dense moisturizer and under eye cream (I use the Skinceuticals A.G.E face cream and the same eye cream). I am not sensitive at all though so keep that in mind.

I do put my regular tretinoin under my eyes BUT I didn't put it there for the entire first year I used it! I acclimated my under eye skin to it very very slowly and now I can use it without any problems!

I acclimated like Angie did and it was working great! Unfortunately, it eventually caused me to get SEVERE dry eyes so I had to stop 😭 I now use retinaldehyde and don't have the dry eye problem but I won't lie. I got much better results from the tret 😕

I had been using Curology/Agency for several years based in Angie’s recommendation. I could never get it to work with my skin, always peeling and flaking so it was hard to use consistently. But now that they have doubled!!! the price for my formula, I quit using it and am getting my Tretinoin from my dermatologist. So much cheaper and have had no issues with .025 strength.

I've been following Angie for years and basically have followed most of her recommendations. My skin looks better at 58 than at 50 for sure! My hair is thinning now and I want to try the products that she recommends. She also mentioned Minoxidil on the collab she did with Justin. I'm a little worried because how it makes your hair dirty. I couldn't use it every day because I don't want to wash my hair everyday. She said she uses on the nights before she washes her hair. Thinking about trying that.

I use several items you recommend. I've been an Agency subscriber for a year now. I own your BK brushes -- both the full size and the travel set. Use the NYX mineral powder plus other items not mentioned in this video: Timeless Vitamin C, LED masks, NIRA. And of course I have a sunscreen wardrobe/capsule collection!
