You are spot on about the feet! My wife would make comments about my feet all the time when we were dating (called me Frodo). Thankfully I listened to her and took a pumice stone + coconut oil and got to work. Now she tells me my feet are smoother and softer than hers.

Oral hygiene tips: 1. Brush for at least 2 minutes. Most people don't brush long enough. 2. Brush your entire tongue or use a tongue scraper. This removes bacteria and makes your breath fresh.

Informative video and I have a couple of recommendations. I think having some text to summarize the main point would be better and explaining some stuff in detail in very useful for example how often and how someone should exfoliate and etc. A standard how-to and frequency according to skin type would be more precise and helpful.

@@bd3825 lol why are you so triggered? He just wanted to see a grooming video for black people because NO, not all grooming tips apply to all races. For example, if you're black, or even brown, lack of using a moisturizer is MUCH more visible on their skin than it is on a white person's skin. ALSO, they wouldn't have to really check SPF levels in a moisturizer because their skin wouldn't get sunburnt as quick as a white person's skin would. Maybe, just MAYBE, YOU need to open your mind.

@@bd3825 Not really. Especially when it comes to hair styling. As you may or at least should know. Us Blacks have different hair and a different skin tone, so certain clothes will look different on us then it would on a white person.

If you’re lazy, a trick to taking care of your feet is soaking them in hot water once a week. Do it while watching tv. Then scrub them with a rag and clip your toenails. Soaking feet in hot water also relieves stress and lowers blood pressure. Then make sure you scrub them every shower.
