@@inpursuitofsleep6669 Thank you! I noticed I got a lot stronger and I lost 9lbs during it all, but I got on a calorie deficit on week 4-5 because I wasn’t losing any weight and was losing hope. When I hit week 6 I started actually losing weight, and I’m 95% sure it was because of the deficit. So I don’t think the challenge helped me lose weight but it did help me gain muscle, either way I don’t regrets doing it. It was the “2022 Get Fit And Moving Challenge” if you were wondering!

Hi! I just wanted to know if you're a beginner doing this workout because honestly your neck shouldn't really be hurting unless your form is a little off. When I do the workout it's my abs and only my abs that feel the burn but your arms hurting is understandable, I've just been doing this for a while. I want to suggest tweaking your position a little if your neck is hurting you and/or your abs are not until you feel it more focused in your abs instead of your neck. I just wouldn't want you to attain any injuries to yourself!
@@loserbatman I've been doing her workouts since 2018 on and off so my arm strength and core strength are pretty much set in stone but this summer is when I actually started eating the way I'm supposed to and taking it more seriously and in just 15 days I'm at the lightest weight I can ever remember being :)

@@quinnlim4149 well I've been doing this for 2 years but I didn't ever really change in weight but that was completely on me because I didn't eat healthy enough and still constantly ate junk foods, but ever since I started eating more appropriately the weight literally feels as if it were just sliding right off me. Perhaps your diet isn't as healthy as it should be, or you're over eating. It could also be that you aren't putting in your best efforts because for the first few months the pains of working out would get to my head and I would try to avoid feeling the burn by changing my form and never really doing it the right way. But please remember that everyone is different and some people take longer amounts of time to see changes than others! Maybe try switching up which workout videos you do as well so that your body doesn't get used to the same videos everyday and decreases the amount of progress you see. These are just my experiences and changes of what I did so nothing can ever be guaranteed but I do hope some of these may be helpful and best of luck!
If ua neck or shoulders hurt while doing ab workout that might mean that u aren't focusing on ua ab muscles. Engage ua abs so that u don't have tension on ua neck. Or else u might hurt uaself

My abs are getting used to the workout, but my shoulders are the weakest fellows 😤 I can never finish this just because of the hurt burning through my arms every time.

For up and down plank Jacks you can only do up and down plank or plank Jacks. Choose the one you can do but it need to be challenging too. Hope this helps!😊
Charting down my days or atleast trying to die the two week 2021 shred challenge I’m gonna try staying consistent with this Day 1-embarrassing I couldn’t even finish Day 2- wow I did it Day 3- ok why is all of my bloat just ✨gone✨ Day 4-active rest day, I did some volley ball and walked for twenty minutes Day 5- did it at like 3 am because of a random spike of motivation lol Day 6- I’m feeling loads better than normal my diet didn’t really change btw if it does I’ll tell you

@@jagratitiwari9377 u can't get abs without lowering body fat percentage because even if you get extremely strong abs they will be covered by a layer of fat but if you do this routine you will probably also lose fat so idk
Ok day 1 on the programm 21 weight loss 2021... Im at 6:14 and I paused like 10 times, for a 2 min break.. this is so hard, I do like 3 of each and Im done. Sweating af tho. I know Ill get better at it, but its hard 😡😡

I love this workout, it always gives me those 11 line abs. Obviously consistency is key and you will need to be in a calorie deficit while performing these workouts to get results
Note: Hey! I’m going to keep you guys updated on my 2021 weight loss challenge on Chloe’s website! I want to preface this by saying I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts for a couple of months now so I’ve actually built up some endurance but if this is your first time then don’t feel bad if you take a lot of breaks or feel very sore the next morning because that is very normal especially if you just started working out!! Diet: So for this challenge I’m actually not going to change how I eat. I’m not going to diet or count calories or anything of the sort. (For reference what I eat in a day is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with maybe one snack during the day!) Height: 5’9 Starting Weight: 143 LBs Day 1: Just finished. I’m so sweaty but I got through it all! I took a 3 minute break between each video :) and I really decided to focus on engaging my core. It actually helped so much and while I was doing the abs video I could feel the burnnnn (I love that feeling cause it makes me feel like I’m doin right lmaoo) Day 2: Today was more focused on the arms which I’m actually very grateful for because I haven’t been focusing on my arms as much. I used to have defined biceps but it kinda faded but because of Chloe’s arm exercises they’re starting to become more defined now hehe. I didn’t take any breaks except where she encouraged us to :) Day 3: I just finished and I’m soooo sweaty. I got through most of it without taking a break except where she encouraged us to. I kinda binge ate a bit today but because of this my bloating has gone away! Day 4: Rest Day (I skipped the rest day and went on to day 5 because I was feeling a bit bored today so why not lol) Day 5: Just finished. I took more rests than I usually do but all in all today was a productive day! I’ve noticed this for a while now but after starting Chloe’s challenge I can actually see the outline of abs- granted it’s only the top two but for a girl who has always been pudgy, that’s a great achievement!! Day 6: I’ve been doing Chloe’s exercises for almost a year and her booty workouts are no joke! I can kinda see my butt become more full and my hip dips lessening. Today was focused on the core and butt and I’m absolutely beat! (Friendly reminder that it’s great to exercise but it’s also great to eat what you want. So don’t force yourself to diet if you don’t want to! I’m probably gonna go eat a whole buffet after I finish writing this update XD) Day 7: Rest Day! Day 8: I kinda binged during my rest day ;-; but it’s ok cause Chloe’s exercises always lessen my bloating. I usually do all high intensity workouts but for some reason I feel more tired than usual (maybe cause my sleep schedule is a mess). Anyways some changes I’ve been noticing is my stomach. Literally when I tell you it’s becoming super flat and I can see a faint outline of abs XD if you’ve read this far it’s your sign to start her workouts!!! Day 9: I was debating on whether I was gonna do the workout today cause I was feeling lazy but I’m so glad I did it. I feel more awake now lol. Especially since Chloe has made a day by day schedule which just motivates me! Today was focused on the booty and eeeek they’re on fire! I’m tryna get those booty goals hehe. Day 10: Today was focused on cardio and abs and my abs feel smAshEd. Idk why but I always enjoy cardio rather than working on muscle toning. Something I’ve definitely been noticing is that my legs seem so much more slimmer. I used to have no thigh gap and my thighs were kinda chunky but now it’s pretty slim and smooth (reminder that these aren’t results that I’ve seen just from the past days. I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts for the past few months now!). Day 11: rest day! Day 12: Just finished and I feel so great! I was feeling pretty energetic today and exercising was so much fun! Today was again focused on more cardio and abs. My abs feel absolutely smashed! I can’t wait to finish this challenge and see my results! Day 13: I ate a lot for lunch today but exercising really helped me feel less full! Today was cardio and butt workouts and I can really feel the burn. I honestly think my hip dips are getting more full due to these workouts :D Day 14: Rest Day! (I’m not sure if I’ll be able to update tomorrow either because I’m really busy so sorry about that!) Day 15: First of all I want to apologize for not uploading for 2 days. I was super super busy along with studying for finals. Anyways I just finished the workouts. Today was really hard ngl. It was 45 minutes of high intensity and this was I think the longest day on her website. But I got through it which I’m so proud of myself for. I kinda felt a bit depressed over the fact that I binged a bit over the weekend and gained a pound but hopefully if I eat right and finish this I’ll actually lose weight! Day 16: Ok so I finished. Took a few more breaks than normal cause I’m not feeling too well (lowkey think I have Covid Oop) but I still finished today! I was super bloated today and brooo one workout session and it’s already going down. Day 17: Finished today! One thing I will always recommend to get the best results is to engage your core. Ever since I started doing that I can definitely see a major difference! Day 18: rest day! Going on a walk tho! **Thank you guys for being so understanding! I finally got back and am going to update!** Day 19: Today was focused on HIIT and I haven’t been exercising in a while because of that vacation but I did finish it! Day 20: more focused on the arms. My arms are literally so sore but I know it’ll get easier :) Day 21: (I’m going to make this my last day. There is an extra 7 days if you *want* to do it but it’s not exactly part of it) today was HIIT again and it was pretty long but I got through it because I knew it was my last day! I’m so happy and I can finally share my results! **RESULTS**Ending weight: 141.2 LBs Note: I’ve went down about 2 pounds which is literally so amazing especially since I wasn’t counting calories at all! I can’t even describe how much Chloe helps me! Just a reminder that we all get different results so don’t expect to lose weight the same as others. We all have different and beautiful bodies! I dont normally write comments. I have a round belly. Even drinking water can show me. But really guys! I did this work out for three weeks, by the end of the second week I had people asking me how I got so much thinner and look a size smaller. Really dont give up!!!!! This is an awesome work out.

anyone who's reading this, listen you got this. Obviously some days are gonna be harder but it gets easier eventually. So keep pushing and i know you will love doing these consistently. Telling you from personal experience. Now go get that body. Sending strength and motivation your way
@@florencezawadi3784This is a very late answer lol! But walking after dinner for 20-30 minutes will help my bloating and also eating less carbs but more fat (healthy fats). If you’re going to gym and lifting weights than don’t cut carbs though 🫶🏼

@@Studyscieasy do the hiit of 15 minutes!! It was hard at first but you will improve trust me, it gets easy with the time. I suggest you to stop when you need at the beginning.
to anyone who basically killed themselves trying to do day one but just couldnt make it to the last video/finish this video, or to people who did finish day one but could barely do the workouts, IM SO PROUD OF YOU BABYYY!!! i know it can get discouraging when you cant finish something you really wanted to do or when you cant do it as well as you hoped, but you probably did more today than you have done in a while and that's what counts. you can always, always try again tomorrow. ily

I'm not an expert but if this is your first time doing core workouts you should take a break before on day 3 to give your body time to heal, and then continue on day 4. If you do this for 3-4 days straight you can pull a muscle
