10 MIN BEGINNER LEG WORKOUT .. with breaks! Booty, Thighs & Hamstrings / No Equipment I Pamela Reif

our first BEGINNER Leg Workout, no talking .. WITH breaks! ♥︎ / Werbung
This routine works our booty, inner thighs, outer thighs & hamstrings. 30s of training, 10s of rest (or having a look what's next haha).
I would consider this to be rather LOW IMPACT as well. We only have 1.5 minutes of squats & everything else isn't hard on the knees. Lots of slow exercises on the ground, that focus on specific muscle areas ♥︎
For SQUATS:
- make sure to keep your knees behind / in one line with your toes when squatting down
- make sure you keep your weight on your heels (not so much on your toes)
- your knees should be stable, don't let them collapse inwards (rather push them out a tiny bit)
- squeeze your booty on the way up & in the standing position
for GLUTE BRIDGES:
- think of that "imaginary piece of paper" between your butt cheeks :D squeeze your cheeks soooo hard all the time, that it won't fall down on the floor, even if you sink your hips
- weight is on your heels, not on your toes
for FROG KICKS:
- if you feel pain at your hips, take a towel or a pillow to make it more comfy :)
- focus on using the strength of your booty to lift your legs. You might also feel it in your lower back, but think about your booty to have maximum engagement in this part!

Really loved this workout compared to the rest. Especially as someone who’s an actual beginner, this workout was really efficient for me because the breaks allowed me to rest before starting the next exercise instead of resting during the exercise like other workout videos. Thanks for this ☺️☺️ Edit: after 2-3 months, this workout finally feels like beginner. I still sweat buckets but at least i’m not breathing heavily after each other exercise 😌

I've been doing this workout for months now and trust me it's super effective you will see progress on your legs within 2 weeks or so depending how often you do it. I did it once every weekday Mon-Fri and honestly my legs look more amazing than ever. You can do it just stay committed and believe you can do it.

Jup, legs/hamstrings and booty are so hard for me to do at home. It never burns, it doesnt give results. So i started doing leg videos twice, that helped and also made me sore, but sometimes i can not find the motivation to redo a video... Redoing a video just feels like i am doing something wrong in the first place

I have a sup fatty thighs n I was searching for an easy workout, suddenly I saw Pamela's workout on my home page n thought to do this. It's sup intense for me n my legs are shivering... Though it's my 2nd day n struggled a lot to complete it. But I'm happy that today was lil easier than yesterday.. I'm gonna do this workout everyday until I find result.. Thanks Pam for ur workouts.. My legs are SHAKING. I hadnt done a workout in a loooong time until now and this was just a perfect amount of challenge for me. I was surprised how i actually enjoyed doing this one compared to all the other workout attemps. One thing i noticed that helped me a lot this time was wearing headphones, i feel like hearing my own breathing distracts me and tricks me into thinking that im more weary than what i actually am; So if any of you have the same problem i would really recommend trying that one out🎧 Good luck!!!💜

So much I love about this video! -The video to the left to let you know what’s coming - the short duration of the video itself (usually motivates me to do multiples of these short videos) -and when you point to where on the body we should be really feeling the burn (I usually turn the volume down on the music and watch the timer.) if the frog hold is too difficult for you like for me lol just do it on only one leg till the timer reaches 15 seconds then switch to the other leg, it helped me :)

I’m gonna do this workout today aim is to do it 3/4 times a week I will keep you updated wish me luck 😭 Day 1 wasn’t too bad the workout wasn’t too hard! Day 2 really enjoy this workout might do for 2 weeks straight! Not too challenging Day 3 loved it done it without breaks never enjoyed a workout this much before 🥰 Day 4 totally forgot to do it!!😂😫 Day 5 really felt the burn this time must be doing it correct now 😂 Day 6 felt harder pushed through it though Day 7 COMPLETE ❤️ Day 8 LAZY DAY Day 9 ✅ Day 10 ✅ Day 11 DONE Day 12 😍 Day 13 😍 Day 14 DONE!!! Too tired will give results tomro 💪🏽 Couldn’t see any major results but slight difference on glutes
