Join me for a 10 minute at home workout to target that BRA BULGE AND BACK FAT problem area. We'll be focusing on your chest, back and arm muscles today. All you need is a light set of dumbbells anywhere from 3-8 pounds. Remember, you can not spot reduce fat, but you can lift and shape those muscles underneath. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

I’ve been doing this since so long and I can see results very clearly. Before I used to have bulges and now my back is straight and lean. Girlies you just have to be consistent. Love from India 🇮🇳 ❤️

It's tougher than it looks, don't be fooled by the fact it's only 10 minutes long and lighter weights are used. There is definitely a burn.

I would love to see move back toning including low back. I had back injuries the past 2 years I started slowly toning more often. I noticed over time I am getting stronger and less back and nerve pain. Thank you for your quick workouts since my free time is limited.

Love it! Gradually trying all your workouts. I'm 50+ going through perimenopause. These have helped me mentally and physically....about 8 weeks in and will continue 😊

I have to say it again: you're a really great fitness instructor! I am always motivated when training with you as I love the "chill" way the workout is structured (focus on form, not speed) and the moves are always effective, but new to me so that it is fun and not boring. Thank you!!

I have nerve damage in my lower back, bilateral sciatica and a few years ago I overextended my hip flexors and they never healed properly. Things like sit ups, bicycles and butterfly kicks are hard on my problem areas. Do you have routines that engage/strengthen without causing spasms?

Loved the routine. Make it easy on yourself dear. Next video, just do the exercise and then do a voice over. That way you won't be so out of breath when you're explaining the movements.😉😘
