I have had neck surgery, both hips replaced, and in February, my left shoulder replaced. I am disabled, but I was able to do most of these exercises. I am on my FitBit and I have to tell you, my calorie burning boosted! thank you! I'll let you know how well this works. I started out at 416lbs. I am now at 221. I do what I can, but I make sure that I find quality things that work, not just to complain about it and not get it done. I am going to come back in here in 8 weeks and report back! Thank you!
Sept 22nd I decided to completely change my life. I started going to a dietian, who put me on a low carb diet. I'm so glad I found your channel. I have a bad back, so I have to be careful. So far so good. I usually do 2 or 3 videos, totaling 30+ mins a day. Today I'm down 50lbs. I still have a way to go, but I know I'll get there. Caroline you're literally working my butt off lol. Working out sitting is helping me ease into making workouts a part of my life. To go from a couch potato to burpees in the gym is so much of a shock to the system and sometimes discouraging. Workouts like these are great for building a sustainable workout goal.
I wasn’t able to complete the whole video but everyday I’m going to stay consistent and I will allow myself to be consistent everyday to build strength and lose the fat my body has stored over time. I am hoping to see results as I keep pushing myself to practice and progress!

really great video. don't dismiss it just b/c it's kind of simple. sometimes simple is all you need. this workout covers all the muscles & is accessible for 99% of people. all you need to supply is consistence.

I've seen noticeable results after just two weeks. Not by developing a six pack, but because doing this routine daily teaches you to focus on your core, and I now find myself holding my stomach in without realising it, and this leads to better posture and a flatter belly!

Okay so I’m just starting and I honestly don’t even feel when I “engage” my abs. Should I be pushing my belly out? (Bc I think that is what I would do if someone were going to punch me in the stomach). Or should I be trying to “flex” my nearly non existing abs? Thanks for any help! 😍
Due to cerebral palsy as a child, I have limited mobility in my legs. I'm currently 56 years old. With the assistance of braces, I can walk. I can do most of the steps, though from a sitting position, I can't do the leg crunches or extensions. How would you modify the routines to compensate for this and still be able to work toward the goal of getting good abs? Thank you.

Hi. I usually do Donovan's fitness, but wanted to try yours. I am picking up knee and twisting. When I pick up my right knee, I feel bones like they are rubbing orr moving and it hurts. Is there something I should do?
