The ONLY thing I dislike about these workouts is the lyrics in the music. I like the House vibe, but I just don’t wanna listen to some childish lyrics 😂
I love these workouts with the timers and preview for the next move, I just wish the music was more consistently uplifting and something I actually want to manifest because I don’t want that programming my subconscious mind. Just a suggestion for overall health!
how long do you recommend doing this workout for? I have a pretty flat stomach and I am starting to see my upper abs so i hope it doesnt take a while lol
Keep your lower back completely flat on the floor for every exercise, and try to focus on flexing your muscles in your stomach. It takes some practice but once you get the hang of it it’s easy to do while you do each workout. Also, pause at the top of your exercise (like when you do your crunch, pause for 2 seconds at the top, then come down. This can be applied to other exercises too) Focus on form rather than the amount of reps. Form over speed is critical for results and that burn. Good luck!
