Hi Audrey, hingga saat ini gerakan roll up begitu sulit utk saya, Saat dr posisi rebah utk naikkan tubuh terasa begitu kaku tubuh atas utk naik. Saya sdh ikuti instruksi yg anda ucapkan. Apa ada tehnik lain?
