For the very first time in my life, I have found a workout that actually made my love handles stretch and move. I have been trying many exercises but all I could feel was pressure around the belly and not on the love handles. Great job guys! Just subscribed!

I NEVER ever liked working on my abs or obliques.. until you guys! These are actually fun and I’m sweating bullets! I really appreciate you both telling us to breathe and I love the positive atmosphere you two bring. I feel like I’m in a class but just dedicated to me. Lol. Thank you guys! @hasfit
This workout is great. Ten minutes and it burns a hell out of you but at the same time it surely is doable. Does the job of reducing the love handles big time. I have got back many of my old clothes thanks to you guys. Advice for others, be sincere and do this exercise, ofcourse along with proper diet and Nutrition, to tone the love handles region 😊😊 Can't thank you guys enough. Thanks for making a difference 😊😊

love you guys, i've been doing these work outs for a few weeks now and totally love it! didn't think i wud be able to get rid of my over hanging belly with my diet but since doing these workouts i really believe i will get rid of it already starting to see and feel a great change in my belly!!
Man, didn't really feel like a workout, it being late and just having a glass of schnapps after a hard day's of work and all that... But you know what?! You are the only reason for me to do workout, i always hated workout since my childhood but your modified wokouts without equipment workout motivated me to try it once and after a week it shows result. Now i know the benifits of your workout , nothing is gonna stop me .. Love you coach.

I thought this would be easy but boyyyy I was so wrong. After the first few seconds I could feel the burn and wow it aches the day after! Will definitely do this again! 🤗💛
HASfit Hey coach Kozak what workouts do you recommend for injured back? I went to the chiropractic yesterday and they told me not to do any strengh/weight exercises for a few weeks.
I am a certified Zumba instructor in California (not teaching right now) and really love your short targeted workouts--they pack a punch. I also love that you offer a modified/low impact version with your female trainer, Claudia. I appreciate your attention to safety and body posture and proper movement for those following along with the videos. I have done a variety of your upper body, HIIT, and cardio workouts. Thanks so much for offering these great free workouts to supplement outdoor workouts (and for those who can't get to a physical gym right now). Awesome!

I love this work out! I actually was about to give up like 3-5 minutes into the workout but coach cozac(not sure if I spelt that right) said remember your goals remember why u came here I can’t do it for u and I was like I know I know and almost cried bc that’s motivation I needed I also love that choice of advanced workout n beginner workouts I actually alternated between the two! I am definitely subscribing

I just subscribed because I liked that you had some exercises that were different from the same ol same old. Plus they look like they work. I can tell because I exercise frequently. Can't wait to try these tomorrow:)
thanks a tonne guys! i've seen a lot many vids on how to get rid of the Love Handles, but none matches this one. also, half of the exercises were related to the Yoga Aasans i used to practice earlier, so had no difficulty in understanding n u explain way too well. thanks guys...greetings from India :)
