Here is a quick and healthy recipe idea, these tacos are so easy to make and are a great meal to have post-workout!
These only took me 10 minutes and mostly all of the ingredients are from Trader Joe's. I tried the TRADER JOES corn tortillas and they are the best tortillas i've ever had in my life. I also wanted to pick up these popular Jicama wraps. They are low carb and a great healthier alternative-SPOIL ALERT: they're bomb

Here is the ingredients for the tacos:
Shrimp marinate:
1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined (you can also do any protein you like)
2 lime wedges
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoon cilantro
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon taco seasoning
pepper
salt
Taco Toppings:
literally whatever you like!
heres what i put:
pico de gallo
avocado
pineapple
cilantro
lime
hot sauce
Cooking directions
Cook shrimp on low/medium heat, 2 minutes each side or until pink
Warm up corn tortilla on a pan on low 45 seconds each side
Build your taco!
