I am sathish kumar from tiruchirappalli. 3 questions.. 1. முறையாக யோகா பயிற்சி செய்தாலும் உங்கள் போல corrected position இல்லைக்கா... சில உணவு வகைகளை தவிர்க்க வேண்டும்மாக்கா... உடம்பு முழுவதும் சரியாக வளைந்து நெளிந்து பயிற்சி செய்ய போது உங்களைப் போல் இல்லைக்கா.. 2.யோகா பயிற்சி செய்யவதற்கு முன்னால் உடற்பயிற்சி என்றால் தோப்பு கரணம் தண்டால் பஜ்கி சில தளர்வு பயிற்சிகள் etc... 3.நன்றாக குளித்தப்பிறகே யோகா பயிற்சி செய்யலாம். அக்கா... வாழ்க வளமுடன்.. ஓம் நம சிவய வாழ்க நாதன்தாள் வாழ்க

Ma'am oru request. Sitting asanas mattume oru video va podunga. Like sugasana, badmasana, vajrasana, sammanam potu ukkarardu. Also tell me what's the correct way of sitting. I work in IT. work for long hours. Sugasanathula on a mat on ground utkardu shall I work long hours. I heard from an ayuverveda doctor like sitting with sammanakal on floor is not at all recommended.sitting on woode. chair with legs down is only best. But nammazhwar and few other suggest to sit on sammanakal on floor even on chair. So not sure which is proper way of sitting itself. Idelam explain Lani please upload a video ma'am.nandri. 😊
