Hello everyone! Challenge your balance and strengthen your legs, glutes and core in this quick 10 minute Barre workout using sliders (aka gliders/sliding discs).
If you don't have a sliders, you could use a small towel if you are doing the workout on tiles or floor boards. Alternatively paper plates would work if you're doing the workout on carpet. A support for the class is recommended - either a sturdy chair, ballet barre, kitchen bench top or table, or if you want an extra balance challenge you could do the whole class without the support.
