Body scanning is a really easy type of meditation and mindfulness where you take time to just notice your body. It helps to reset if you are overwhelmed or need to release tension during your day. It can help with anxiety, stress, muscle tension and general overwhelm.
This body scan meditation works from the inside out by helping you become aware of sensations, energy and your body. It focuses attention on different parts of your body, from head to toe.
You can practice this meditation any time of the day and however often you find helpful.
