Thanks so much for this workout! I’m recovering from a shoulder dislocation, so this routine, with some modifications for me, was perfect. Can’t wait to try your other workouts to get back into things.
Liking the bodyweight excercise vids, especially for those of us without equipment or gym. Guess its not exclusively just "nobody cares, work harder" but maybe "somebody cares SO work harder." 😆

I love these only-body-weight workouts! I've been doing different sets I gathered from other soldiers on YT and even listening to an army chants playlist on Spotify while doing them. Those chants are really encouraging and fun to listen to. I stick to an every-second-day workout that takes about 2 hrs. Being doing this for about two months and I am getting really good results. The only equipment I have is one weight manual and a jump rope - and of course; my body. You just got yourself a new sub 💪
I do a healthy mix of both, and more. I try to be adaptive and like to mix things up. The more you confuse the body, the more you’ll get out of your training.
