I was recently diagnosed with ILD. I came across your video and I wanted to thank you for sharing. I coughed alot while doing the exercises but I'm going to keep trying because I hate this lung disease.

Good morning, I have been interested in the topic of breathing for several years. When traveling by bus, I often try to breathe only the volume of air "in my nose" I was interested in the topic of breathing reduction... can you "get to know" your breathing capabilities/limits during the classes? determining the minimum number of breaths per minute or minimum tidal volume. Are there methods using re-breathing or breathing with a lean oxygen mixture? supervision of an instructor, maybe somewhere, someone conducts some interesting experiments related to breathing?
