Love these short flows. So great for keeping a daily yoga practice going even when you're crazy busy. Also great for building back up postpartum. An hour long practice is just too intimidating after baby Plus the baby will play for 10 min
Yep, really enjoyed the flow. Monday is a rest day and this was a great little stretch to get the work day started. If you can do some more 10-15 minute ones, especially for runners, that'd be great!

Great short flow. Thank you Tim! It left me wanting more...lol. Perhaps a few 15 min flows as well as all your other 30 minute flows. I recently had a nasty fall on both knees - slightly tearing right & left knee meniscus. Do you have any suggestions for maintaining my knee strength without risking tearing them further? I go to physical therapy twice a week, which will end soon and I don't want to let these torn meniscuses take me down or have surgery. I believe with good body maintenance and diet I can heal much better on my own. ✌💖Namaste🧘🏻♀

Hi Tim, I love the shorter videos (15-20mins), especially as they fit around kids and work. I enjoy a strong class as it still gets you to work through all of the muscle groups and maintains my yoga practice in between the longer classes. Thanks so nuch!

Tim- just a thought, maybe you could do a video to help us adjust with our body proportions. I didn’t realize I would have to make adjustments for my long legs and short waist until I heard you mention it in a class. I was frustrated because even though I have been doing yoga for 8 years I still struggle with a flat back in different poses etc… just a thought … love your channel 💛
Hi Tim, I definitely like the shot videos. Personally 20 minutes is the perfect length for what I can do as part of a morning routine. A five day series of 20 minute classes would be amazing - so that over the course of the week you could have done a bit of everything: core, hip openers, quads, etc.

Hey Tim! working toward making these a 1st thing and mid-day habit. Comment and question - I am on the back side of life, currently employed and at desk most of the day. I do frequently get up and walk around. All good to that end. Should I be doing some sort of a little warm up before my morning routine? I am pretty tight but do find that during this, a lot of that rigidity begins to release. BTW, 2 sessions later, I am feeling an improvement! Thank you!

Do you have social media? Yours are some of the most helpful videos I’ve found! I benefit from the short classes! I have painful discs so sometimes I modify it and bend more backwards then forward so I loved that pose was added in it. I usually substitute that for the forward folds.

Tim, I'm relatively new to yoga. I've been recently diagnosed with two health conditions limiting my immune system. As a previous weightlifter I can no longer engage in that. Your videos are so beneficial and I look forward to new short flows and longer lessons.

Good morning Tim from cold Michigan. These are really good for the "I have zero time" moments, or when I'm driving the tow truck for way to long and stop and can do one of these shorts. I love your longer classes more and feel way better from them. All in all you're fantastic and I benefit from all your classes.

Thank you Tim, really like the short flow as well. Sometimes it's hard to make some time in the morning, but always good to be able to stick to the daily practice even 10 min.
Love the short classes cause they're not intimidating to get started. Then I can just do another one if I want :) Like today I did this one + your 20 minute pilates.

Love the short routines! I usually don't give myself a lot of time in the mornings to connect to my breath before work, these short videos are helpful in changing that habit.
