This is great except I was using it to fall asleep so it’s like “when I count from 5, you will be fully awake” and I’m like nO. But this really has been the best guided meditation I’ve listened to so far. Not sure what it is but it worked this time and I actually felt more relaxed? Thanks for this!!

I've been meditating since 1996 and still do it throughout my day, I used to do it for up to four hours in the nineties and feel like I reached some sort of strange state because I have really had this strange way of seeing into the matrix of life since this time period.
